I love this book!!! You can really feel Henika‘s warmth, love and embodied wisdom coming through the pages.Her message is so needed right now as someone who can offer this bridge between Eastern and Western perspectives, as someone who carries Tantra in her ancestral lineage and as a WOMAN.The book is such a potent transmission that feels at once so simple and accessible and also so extraordinary and deep. I think Henika did a really incredible job and I can’t wait for humanity to come more and more back into the body and into the senses, back HOME.

I’ve been following Henika since the COVID days. The work I’ve been doing with her has felt so in alignment and now I’m so excited to read this book and connect even deeper with myself. Love you Henika! Congrats!!
