I have always loved the feel of 100% Viscose Bamboo sheets & duvet covers.I am, like many other people, a "hot" sleeper; my body turns into a furnace when I sleep 😂. Age, unfortunately, has not improved this fact; in fact, it's only gotten worse with age. After years of uncomfortable sleep with "cooling" bedsheets, blankets & various duvet covers, I finally decided enough was enough & began doing some research; this was how I learned about 100% Viscose Bamboo sheets, as well as newer Eucalyptus sheets.Let me begin my review by saying this: It is very easy to go out there and find blended bamboo sheets at a reasonable cost, especially ones that are Bamboo-derived Rayon blended with various other materials, like polyester or cotton, even linen sheets. I must have gone through at least a dozen of these blends of sheets and, if it's one thing I've learned, it's this: YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Bamboo-derived Rayon blends are cooling, sure --but they are also extremely uncomfortable on your skin, especially if you have any rough patches of skin on your feet, your elbows, hands or anywhere else. The fabric will consistently catch on those places and break, causing micro-tears. You begin to feel it just catching on your skin constantly, and then there's the spacing in the stitching; if you have fine hair & have pillowcases made from the same material, the spacing is wide enough to allow your hair to slip though the gaps, only to be caught and break your hair while you sleep. Frankly, it's awful.I finally coughed up the cash for a 100% Viscose Bamboo duvet cover, and the difference was immediately obvious; the feel the comfort, the QUALITY of the fabric was just BETTER, and I began looking for reasonably -priced sheet sets made with the same material; I quickly understood that would be challenging.And then during the Prime Day sale, I found these; interestingly the 4-piece Queen set was marked at a higher price than the 6-piece queen set! Still, I decided to purchase these in a color I don't normally use, an olive green.Let me say this: The quality of these sheets compared against many other 100% Viscose Bamboo sheets is PROFOUNDLY different & way, way better. Bamboo is a fragile fabric; rather than sew in elastic bands inside the fabric for the fitted sheets,.they simply stitched in wide cross-banding to pass under the mattress & secure the sheet, damaging the fabric as little as possible. They wrinkle quite easily, but that's expected with this fabric; it's nothing that toss in the dryer on low can't handle, but there are some things to know for sure:1. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS! They provide these with a pamphlet in the box; cold water, gentle cycle, and use a gentle detergent, like Tide Free & Clear, or Dreft. No fabric softener. Crucially, drying these sheets you tumble dry on low heat, but NOT UNTIL THEY ARE FULLY DRY; pull them out just before then & allow them to air dry the rest of the way; this preserves the integrity of the fabric from drying out.I truly do love these sheets, and plan on getting a few more sets in the future. Functional, elegant, cooling, perfect thickness. Couldn't ask for better.

These sheets are amazing! Just get them! I loved them so much I bought a few sets! Fantastic investment if you are a hot sleeper, or sleep next to one (or in my case: you have a fur baby yorkie that is identifies as a living heater and insists on sleeping in the crook of your legs or always shoves their furnace butt into your back) these are fantastic! Couple things to note: Make sure you follow care instructions they are best line dried and I promise you, you DO NOT need softener! Some times they will come out of the laundry with a weird spot or two but that’s usually soap residue or buildup from the washing machine it’ll go away in the next wash I promise but I have a really old washing machine so it always happens to me unless I take them to the laundromat. The fitted sheet does not fall off your bed. It has an elastic band on each corner so it hugs the mattress perfectly so that sheet does come off no matter how vigorously you sleep wrestle or how active the amorous activity is it’s not coming off… that being said when you go to take them off to wash don’t just yank slip your hand under the mattress to grab that elastic band to get them off. I keep forgetting every single time. They are cooling, but that doesn’t mean that they’re literally an ice pack if I move the sheets off of me at all, or reposition myself they release whatever heat they absorbed from my body and get cool again… I don’t know if that makes enough sense but you’re going to have to trust because I used to live in Arizona, I get hot easy and boy oh boy do I wish I had discovered these when I was living there. Lastly for my ADD/ADHD brethren they wrinkle very easily so as soon as they are clean and dry fold and put them away or make your stupid bed! Don’t rewash the sheets they aren’t dirty and you know it! If you get distracted and they do wrinkle before you realized they were there just wet a small washcloth, or one of the pillowcases not drenched just dampened and wrung out throw them in the dryer on tumble low heat with the washcloth or dampened pillow case to buff out the wrinkles. No need to leave a crappy review about my favorite sheets just because you forgot to fold! Anyway I love them I’m never getting any other brand of sheets ever again these are my forever sheets! Oh I got green I love the color even though they might be a smidge lighter depending on the lighting in bedroom… crappy photo I know but I hate reviews without them, so you’re welcome!
