The service was simple to sign up for. Results seemed accurate to an extent but corroborated with how I felt at the time of testing. Sample acquisition is also relatively straightforward.

Very convenient and easy to follow. Results arrived within 3 days of sending my sample. I was really satisfied.

This particular test is saliva based, and you have to fill up a tiny little tube with a ton of saliva. I wasn't able to do this successfully and ended up wasting the kit. Given the high cost of this kit, you are better off going to the Dr and ordering a normal blood test along with any other blood work you need done.

The kit never came and needed help from Amazon. I ended up purchasing one from another store. The kit worked well but not private results.

Mailed saliva sample 15 days ago. Still don’t have results but from my research and doctors advice, my sample is worthless at this point. Ten days in shipment and now I guess it’s sitting on someone’s desk. Don’t try to call the company’s phone number. You will get a message saying email us and then the line disconnects.Wasted money and time

Did a good job of telling me that Im in good health. Wasn't too clear on what everything meant though. Wish it was a little more descriptive.
