Anyone use these under a motorcycle helmet?

I have been using these for 5 yrs with my sena Bluetooth. Works great and very comfortable. Lil bit of a pain in the #$% taking on and off, but well worth it. Works so much better then speakers in helmet.

is there an easy way to swap the plugs out im having a hard time?

Brace your thumb against the very end of the tip and use your index and middle fingers to gently pull the back of the earplug toward your thumb, removing it from the speaker housing. To place a new one, gently push the new earplug over the speaker housing until it fits snugly and you can no longer see the housing.
