Wonderful phone! Works great. Seller is very understanding and nice to work with. I do recommend the phone. I'm a mechanic and a firefighter this device will prove very useful in both aspects. I dropped it once already 😬 But it's fine 😂

Had this phone for a few months now. Great battery life I charge it every 2 or 3 days. Very durable I work in a rough work area and I'm not worried about it at all. Highly recommend.

Update 4/3/2025 After a couple of weeks of back and forth email communication with Ulefone support, I was able to confirm that they do have security updates planned in the next month or two but they wouldn't be out in time for my employer to force my device offline. They said they only plan to issue updates every 6 months or so. They offered to either replace my device (to deal with the other annoyances I mentioned below) or refund my purchase price after I paid to return the device to them. While I will miss the battery capacity and etc of the phone, I have switched back to a Motoroloa device that gets regular updates. I was impressed with Ulefone's willingness to resolve the issue even after I had the phone past the Amazon return window and am increasing the review to 4 stars in reflection of that Original 2-star review ______________ This is a very rugged phone with insanely good battery life. The thermal camera is pretty cool, too. But that's where the positives end. The negatives, unfortunately out-weigh the positives. I paid $600 for the device in November 2024. That was the last month it received a security update. Support tells me that it won't receive another until April or May of 2025. Meanwhile, my employer says they will kick me out of using any work apps on April 5th because it will not have received a security update for 7 months. The phone's (non-thermal) camera quality is awful. Images almost always turn out blurry, and I frequently am unable to scan QR codes that other people have no problem scanning. I routinely have problems with the phone alarms not going off but instead giving me a notification like "alarm did not sound for unknown reason" or phone calls not ringing and instead getting a notification like "missed call because phone on silent" even though the phone WAS NOT on silent/do-not-disturb. To remediate this, I have to reboot the phone at least once per day. Support's solution to this is 1) do a factory reset or contact the Amazon Seller who sold the device to me.

Estoy muy contento con el teléfono. Es súper resistente y se nota que está hecho para aguantar usos intensos. Lo que más me sorprendió fueron las cámaras: la térmica y la de visión nocturna funcionan muy bien, dan imágenes claras incluso en la oscuridad total, y eso suma un montón si lo usás para trabajos o actividades en condiciones difíciles. La batería dura bastante y la pantalla se ve bien, incluso cuando hay mucha luz afuera. El rendimiento general es rápido y sin trabas.

It's a cool phone it's heavy feels solid but service is touchy t mobile does work with it I cannot confirm Verizon or any other major carriers but Metro PCS is a big no. Was very surprised by that

Update, seller said mail it back to a storage building in houston tx and i would get refund as soon as it was accepted, it wasnt , seller should be banned from amazon! Update as of 9.16.25 phone did software update from manufacter and now mobile data don't work, Verizon said not there end that manufacturer problem so I was already having trouble that Amazon would not resolve, I found out it only had 1 month return, so now no one wants to handle the issue. What a rip off! Well I have had 3 of these types phones with the thermal cameras, this one was a little blurry on the flir thermal part, so 4 months later it starts losing signal, then while removing sim tray handle breaks off that you pull tray out with, I'm not impressed, Amazon says I can't send back so now I got to deal with warranty through manufacture , so we know how that goes, I wouldn't buy this phone

Thermal camera is great! Battery is Great! Unfortunately apps constantly crash, calls would drop, it would ring but wouldn't give me an option to answer or decline. Ended up having so many issues i had to get a new phone. Would return if I was still able to.
