Works great can feel a massive difference but OMG it taste so bad i gag every time i drink it the worse tasting powder out there, no better with milk.

Good quality product, low sugar, nice taste, good for stomach and give power and good gain results

Shocked at how good this is. No bloating or feeling weighted down. Digests fast with coconut or almond milk and feeds the muscle right away. Very good product.

I thought I'd give this a go due to the high amount of protein. At first it was giving me stomach aches, then I started p***ing blood, got a full week of hospital appointments where they're examining my kidneys, stopped taking it now and the bleeding and stomach upsets have stopped

Game changer for me. In past, I’d typically go for pure whey products and as an average gym goer would never see any gains. This mix combined with a diet of 3k cals took me from 83kg to 88kg in 2-3 months. Very convenient thanks to high calorie content and much tastier than products I tried before (my protein, optimum nutrition). It has some other add-ons (creatine, bcaa) that supposedly work. Overall, very effective addition to the bulking diet.
