Ouch. If you would like a textual version of male focused porn, then this is for you. The guys are really quite sleezy, saying they "need to wear down her defences" so they can boink her. And indeed there is a subtly *date rapey* vibe when they do get together. The first guy does her and it's painful, but she loves it. Um, NO. Painful sex sucks. And the other guy blows all over her chest and she rubs it all over. Um, yeah, no. Besides in porn, this isn't like, cool. You get sticky goo all over, and it gets crusty and gross.The author likes the phrase "chunk of hair" as in "He grabbed a chunk of hair" and all I could picture was like, a chunk ripped out in his hand - gak!Aside from a very immature approach to sex, the writing is decent enough - so one star.

WOW!! It is hard to believe this is the first book I have read from Milly Taiden. By the way if you have not read any of her books, well then you are missing out. This book was super hot. I just loved the characters in the story. I listen to the audio while following along in the ebook and the narrator did a wonderful job. The thing I loved about the narrator was she done an amazing job pulling you into the story. Listen to her you were able to feel the emotion the character felt and I loved how she was able to change her voice with each character.I normally start talking about the main characters but I think I will start with Gerri Wilder who was Tally’s neighbor. This woman ran a Paranormal dating agency in her home. She had a way of reading you and see who she felt you should be with. I loved how she truly caries for her clients. In the story you will see her show emotion listening to Tally’s story.Tally had pretty much given up on love. I felt sorry for her. She had this terrible ex and it seems that he did not get the memo that he was no longer part of the family. Yeah I would hate to go to family functions to run into my ex with another woman on his arm.I loved how Nita’s solution for Tally was to go talk to Gerri Wilder and have her fix her up with a man. I wonder if Tally would of done just that if she would of know what was in store for her.When the 2 main male characters were introduced, well lets just say they took my breathe away. Connor and Theron was super hot. One had the biker thing going on were the other looked more like a business man.I wonder if Gerri already knew that Connor and Theron was going to come to her for help on finding a mate. It is almost like she has a foresight about things.Tally had a wedding to go to and I loved when she found out who her date or should I say dates were. To expect one man and end up with two. Lucky girl. I loved how this ate at her awful ex.Yeah I did not like her ex at all.I so loved Tally’s grandmother in this story. She is the sweetest thing and thinks the world of her granddaughter, Tally. I also loved Nita who was Tally’s cousin. Tally was so lucky to have these two amazing people in her life.Things will get hot and heavy in this story. Tally will find that she craves Connor and Theron more then she could ever dream. She does worry about one or both of them tiring of her. She fears putting her heart on the line but it is hard when she has two wonderful wolf shifters swooning you.I loved when Tally met Connor and Theron’s pack. This will be a make or break moment. I truly hated Keya who was in the pack but like Aura. Tally will have a decision and will have to listen within to do the right thing.This was a great story and glad I got a chance to read it.

Stories where the main characters, who we are supposed to like, frequently scream, yell, and tell people off in front of others just don’t do it for me. Especially when everyone around them congratulates them on how awesome they were. It just seems immature and something I’d associate with high school or grade school. I can deal with a lot of fantasy in the story line but I want characters who handle situations with a bit more sensibility and don’t have to grandstand for attention. The bad guys or story jerks can act that way all day but not the hero/heroine. The rest of this was fine and it’s a short story (148 pages) so if you don’t mind characters like that, it may be worth your time. For me, the .99 and the time I spent reading it were both better used elsewhere.

She knows Gerri, who has a Paranormal Dating Agency and has clients who know two wolf shifters named Theron and Connor who are alpha and omega there pack. They begin dating Talia so she becomes familiar with them.Finally, she becomes their mate forming a Triad. However, she challenged by one of the female wolf shifter. Will she survive?The characters are intriguing and relatable. This is an emotional book concerning relationships and insecurities. The fast-paced drama lead to a quick and dramatic ending.I highly recommend this story and I'm looking forward to the next book.bookwormsuzy

I was a little afraid of reading this book. I didn't know what I was in for. I started reading this and it was definitely not the normal shape shifting book. It is the normal menage book i am use to reading. But I went into reading this like any other with an open mind.Tally is a human that know that there are shape shifters that she lives among. It is not a surprise to her at all. She was burned by an ex-husband and needed to get out there again when her cousin Nita told her that she should try her neighbors dating service. Gerrie run a paranormal dating agency. She finds mates for the shifters and humans a like. She has a knack for knowing who will fit perfectly for who.Theron and Connor stopped by one night to see Gerrie. Gerrie is Theron's aunt and Connor is his Omega. What they didn't know is that night would be just the thing to change everybody. Not only would things change for Tally but also Theron and Connor. Gerrie would see to that. The thing that could ruin everything would be rushing the one person they knew would be their mate before she figured it out. Would Tally figure out and take a chance with Theron and Connor? Would Tally past be to much for her to forget and move on?I would recommend this book to my friends.~Lisa The Book Nuts

A quick and kinky read. If you’re looking for a great paranormal read with a little romance, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a sexy story that’s all about instant attraction, falling hard and strong bonds then this is the book for you. ‘Twice the Growl’ is a surface level story that’s really more about titillation than any real plot. The details are light in places, meaning, if you want to know what the wolves look like, you’re pretty much out of luck. Three and a halfI love the idea of a paranormal dating agency as it sounds such fun and obviously gives a lot of scope for sexy hook ups. Here the author doesn’t exactly go down the traditional agency type route but instead has an older female shifter deciding who she thinks would match up so I was a wee bit disappointed in that. However she does seem to get exactly the results she was looking for which leads me nicely to the central characters.Ok from the cover and title there’s a huge hint that this is ménage so if that’s not your thing you have been warned. An alpha wolf and his omega are looking for their mate, a woman who would complete their triad . They’ve not had much luck but accidentally meet the very human Tally who coincidentally is who they get matched up with. Tally is tired of losers, tired of the whole dating scene but with an important family event on the horizon practically desperate for someone smoking hot on her arm so what does she get ? Yes you’ve guessed it two big and gorgeous males !Shorter than I wanted and perhaps a little too much sex given the length of the story. That being said the author gave us three very different characters which actually do work together plus a tiny bit of surprise action and danger. So this was a quick and slightly naughty read with a little humour thrown in that slotted right into my afternoon.

I absolutely loved it, it was such a great story. Tally seemed like such a sweet girl and then when she met the guys, Connor and Theron in the lift for the first time I had a little giggle to myself (to which my husband gave me very strange looks I might add!) but I just couldn't help myself, as I could just imagine myself standing in a lift with two hot guys staring at them wondering where such wonderful creatures had come from!This was my first Milly Taiden book, and I must say that it was a great introduction and am now completely hooked, I would definitely get more, and in fact have already downloaded the next book in the series onto my kindle, Nitas book, as I am desperate to find out about her.Connor and Theron are exactly what every girl look for, especially combined, they made the perfect man but even individually they were so intent on making Tally happy and focused on her, that it was a pleasure to read.The writing and storyline was amazing, and I was completely drawn in from the very beginning, being new to this author it was refreshing to read something where the story just flowed and I was not frustrated with spelling mistakes every two paragraphs.I am really excited to continue with this series and feel privileged to add Milly to my list of authors on my kindle.A definite recommend and 5 Star review.

Wow! Milly Taiden is a new author to me but I will definitely buying many more of her books. I was hooked from the first page and couldn't put my kindle down.Tally hasn't had a lot of luck with men. After the break up with her husband she wants to give up on relationships all together...She's been invited to family wedding though, and knows he good for nothing ex will be there. So she comes up with a plan to use her friend Gerri's shifter dating agency to have the perfect date. Not to date as in relationship date, just escort her and show her family that she's moved on..Little does she know she's about to meet two perfect men. How will she choose? Does she have to choose?Can't wait to read more of this series
