I have been suffering from periodic bouts of insomnia brought about by sleep anxiety (fear of not sleeping, which then prevents me getting to sleep), as well as poor sleep quality overall. I've tried various things but I thought I might give a weighted blanket a go.After a week, it's hard to say for sure if it's helped or not. I've not had much problem sleeping since I've started using it though. That may just be normal though, since my insomnia comes and goes. We shall see.As to the blanket itself, this one had the best measurements at 122cm wide. Others were around 150cm and I didn't want it to annoy my partner in bed.It seems well made. The quilted design means the beads don't move about, and apart from the obvious weight, it may as well be a normal blanket/duvet. I was also a bit worried about it being too hot (I put it over the top of my summer duvet), but it doesn't seem to have very much insulation, so overheating isn't a problem.Yes, it's pricey, but if it works it'll likely last for as long as I will.

I am really pleased with this weighted blanket. It arrived just 14 hours after I ordered it and my son loves it, saying it really helps him during the night. The outer - made from 100 per cent cotton - is very soft and comfortable and because of the clever design, the weight is evenly distributed so it stays on him, even when he is a bit restless. It may seem expensive but it is clearly made to last as you can tell from the quality and the fact that it is helping my son with his sleep and anxiety makes it completely worth it.

Love my blanket, so comforting and helps me sleep. It does feel cool when on you because of the silica but this is great for me.

I'm finding this a little bit claustrophobic ... It's comforting when I'm anxious, but for sleeping under I find it too heavy. This is my personal experience though and will be different for others.

Great sleep despite my anxiety and arthritis. Love love love this blanket. Ultra comforting. Like a massive cuddle. Even when in pain going to bed under this means I am asleep in under ten minutes and don't wake up during the night repeatedly. I am so impressed with it am going to buy one for my (also poorly) child. Cuddling up under your new best friend wil! Stop a panic attack in under ten minutes.

I have suffered with insomnia for about 17 years now, mostly only getting about 2 to 3 hours sleep a night. UNTIL I happened across an article about weighted blankets. Personally I couldn't see how a blanket could help me sleep but, desperate, I thought I would give it a go. And WOW I am now sleeping around 6 hours a night. I don't know how it works or why it works but for me IT DOES. Definately try it.

My weighted blanket has changed my life and I needed a 'proper' cover for it so bought this one. I find the weighted blanket products are all quite expensive but then it's as described, cozy, very soft to the touch, fits perfectly and has little tie loops to keep the insert in place. Arrived very quickly and well packaged.

The cover is so incredibly soft & cosy, the zip up feature is nice, but, the only downside is there aren’t enough loops inside the cover to keep the weighted blanket in place inside & end up wrestling with it to pull the weighted blanket in place again, another 6/8 loops in all along the the ends & sides then it would be the full 5 stars

La coperta è arrivata usata, appena aperta un forte odore puzzolente ha pervaso la camera, controllando meglio ho trovato macchie, peli e polvere, chiaramente ho chiesto il rimborso. Non è questo che ti aspetti da un oggetto che vale 142€.

Justo lo que me imaginaba. Me siento muy cómoda y relajada cuando la uso.

le principe de la couverture lestée aide au sommeil indéniablement; malheureusement la couverture est mal conçue : coutures qui lâchent, laissant s'échapper les petites billes de lestage, assez difficiles à aspirer. Donc couverture à manipuler avec beaucoup de douceur. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, j'ai colmaté trois fuites.

Vraiment agréable, prévoir une housse de couette car trop lourd pour passer a la machine.C’est très confortable.
