JDM ASTAR Super Bright AX-2835 White LED Bulbs For Backup Reverse Lights

I've bought multiple pairs of the 912 socket, LED replacement light, and these were the brightest LED's out of 4 different pairs I tried. Just beautifully, pure white, and extremely bright. When they say "Super Bright", they mean it! So far I've used 2 different JDM ASTAR LED's as replacement lights on my 2002 Ford Windstar, these and the "Extremely Bright 5730" , for my socket 168 lights, and both look and feel very well made, and also look to be brighter that there competitors. Over the past few months I've been in the process of replacing all of my Ford Windstar Mini Van's incandescent light bulbs (both interior and exterior), with LED lights. I started with the front end, both headlights, and driving lights/fog lights. I tried 2 other different brands besides JDM ASTAR, and 2 different makes of JDM ASTAR made LED's. This "Super Bright AX-2835 Chipset" was the brightest by far, and used for my driving lighs/fog lights, they worked perfectly for this application. These LED's provide a pure white light, with no tint of blue, or purple, or yellow, or any other color. They really enhanced the look of the LED Headlights I installed, and look excellent on there own! They fit the existing socket perfectly, and work perfectly, and as you can tell by my review, I do LOVE these lights, both the look, and the function! Very easy to install. I do highly recommend these lights to all who need this type socket, you'll be very pleased!!! Just great, high quality LED's, that really light UP!

Just installed in my 2002 Tundra. That are about a 1/2" longer than original 921 bulb but not to worry there is plenty of room for these to fit the reverse light socket. Look very bright. Will recommend. Update Jan.2 ,2015. The bulb fits and works fine but be warned....if you use your truck to tow and with a 5 prong maybe even a 4 prong plug to trailer you may run into the same problem I had. The issue is with the low amp. draw of th LED bulb in reverse, there isn't enough amp. Draw to trip the solenoid to release hydraulic brakes....thus locking the trailer up with no reverse to back up boat. To make matters worse, after many try's something shorted out, blew a 10amp. Fuse and lost all console gauges and then battery died due to short out. In short....DO NOT install this bulb if you use your truck or car to tow and use a 4/5 prong to disengage hydraulic brakes to go into reverse. If you don't tow anything it will be fine.

These are some really top-notch quality LEDs I replaced my back up lights in my 2014 Honda Civic Ex, and they were awesome. My car, then was flooded by the recent raining here in the Houston, TX area, totaled. These lights were fully submerged for a good 4 hrs. after they sat in my car for 2 weeks at the shop after everything happened, I took them out to keep them and see if I could put them in my next car. Finally, I got another Civic, but a much better one; The 2016 Honda Civic EX-T (yes, 16lb turbocharger in that badass set of wheels). I just put them into my new car, and after all they've been through, they are performing the exact same as when I first got them!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! They are insanely bright LED's, and they are aesthetically pleasing to look at by themselves (when off, of course haha). Photos to come this evening.

Ok here's the update I did contact jdm they answer fast willing to give my money back found out that these are not for what I was using them for fog light/parking light/ daytime running light,the lady gave me a link for some other lights that I can use so the ones that I reordered I'm using them for the inside over all JDM customers services are good . " just in case my fog lights/parking lights/daytime running light "they are the bottom front bumper lights":)) Well the other one went off hopefully the new one I order will last longer the a month an few days not happy with them Updated from 12/13/15 to 1/26/16 Update its been a month and a few days and one went out stop working I guess I have to order it again hopefully I have better luck this time lol ...I have a 04 ford freestar and been looking for some LEDs fog lights that would work with my van ,I Got them today put them on and so far I'm happy with them they much better then the regular ones and I been looking to change them I have tried a few different LEDs ones and none worked either one will go on and the other would go off or both will go off after a few seconds,so I touch a shot in the dark again with theses and well they work perfectly ,now I'll wait to see how long they last .so if you have a ford freestar and looking to get LEDs on your fog lights these will work perfect now it's a sit an wait to see how long they will last ...will update in time going to try them on my rear back lights when I get a chance and if they work I most definitely will get another set .by the way they are nice and bright just how I wanted them pic says all ...

These are very well made and the first set of LED lights I purchased from JDM ASTAR. They look fantastic, but I ended up wanting their even brighter version (the ASTAR 800). These moved over to my other vehicle and work great. They have a nice daylight white light and provide good light coverage. Thanks to the projector style lens on the end, these are ultra-bright when you look at them - adding an element of safety when backing out of a parking spot, even during the day. No other car can say they didn't see your reverse lights on. I also recently purchased the JDM ASTAR license plate bulbs - WOW - a must have for everyone! They alone light up the area right behind your vehicle and enhance your backup lighting.

These bulbs provide a good clean light, as you would want for a reverse light. I installed them as replacements in a G35 sedan after one of the regular ones burned out. These LED replacements are a bit longer than the regular bulbs so some applications may be affected slightly by this. ...So far these installed and are working as 'advertised'.

Bought these for my Reverse Lights because i wanted something that was bright so i could see behind me. Installation was simple and they looked great when i installed them. They were bright and worked great for about 2 months and they started flickering, i personally didn't notice because they reverse lights are only one when your in reverse but mine come on at night when i unlock my truck so that's is when i noticed the light show. I removed them and installed them again and some thing happened. I wasn't happy so i removed them and threw them in the garbage and bought another product. I would personally say save your money because there is better quality out there and lasts longer. I am disappointed because i thought they would work and they looked good at the start but unfortunately that didn't happen.

Excellent lights. Bright during the day and bright at night, would highly recommend for reverse lights or parking lights.

Much brighter than the original
