Update: I was sent a new ornament pretty quickly. It was packaged securely this time and arrived safely. I know my granddaughter will love it. Thank you for your prompt and professional response.Although it is a beautiful ornament I purchased for my granddaughter, it was packaged in one of those brown envelopes, which in my opinion is not properly packaged, and most likely lead to the ornaments breakage. I really need a replacement as soon as possible.

Sturdier than it looks
I gifted this to my three year old who loves Minnie Mouse. She loves Minnie Mouse so much that she excitedly threw her in the box when we took the tree down, and Minnie survived unscathed! Great to know that she'll make it for years to come!
