I absolutely love the Comfytemp Heated Eye Mask! I've been struggling with dry eyes and tension headaches for a while, and this little gem has made such a difference. I combined use with gel.Better sleep, less tired eyes & eye srain. Very comfortable to use & no problem with too much heat, as settings can be adjusted.

It works for jaw pain, and the switch is easy to use. Furthermore, the three temperature settings are nice, so you can increase the temperature slowly if you're anxious about how hot it will be. However, it doesn't heat the temporal area near the eyes, so it is useless for TMJ pain caused by the joint, which is higher up. This is the reason for my poor review is because it isn't fit for purpose and the picture misleads you into thinking the heating element rests higher up the face than it does. The product cannot be washed, only wiped down, so the chemical smell of the product is overwhelming initially, which sucks if you already feel unwell due to TMJ pain. Additionally, it makes your face sweat, and the switch is so sensitive that any knock turns it off. The cable isn't that long, and being plugged in to use it can be inconvenient.

I was a little unsure about buying this because it is expensive (£29.99) and some the reviews mentioned that it didn’t get hot enough, but I’m honestly really impressed. The pad heats up super fast, and the High setting is actually perfect for me. When I wear it over my eyes, I'm not sure I could handle more heat! I find it really soothing, especially when I have sinus pressure. Best feature for me is how you can move it around to target different areas, like the sides of your head/jaw, back of the head, or just over one eye. The cable is long enough to use comfortably without being too restrictive. I’m glad I bought this, it feels safer, and is more flexible than a hot water bottle.

Bought for after care of wisdom teeth extractiob. It heats up quickly but feels like one side works and the other side not so great. I would buy one where you can heat the gel packs up or freeze them. Which I have since done. Much better. Might just have a faulty one but the other works much better.

So far so good. I purchased this in replacement of a microwaveable version and I am very happy that I did. Item is large and covers my whole eye area. Heat is ok could be hotter but I think it’s just me. The item provides the necessary heat required for treatment of my dry eyes and the heat is consistent and well placed on both eyes. I am really enjoying using this soft comfortable eye mask. It fits me well with Velcro to secure which helps with adjustment - giving a bespoke fit. Easy to use and very convenient ( I don’t have to go down to the microwave every evening). It is at a a very good price of £19.99. It has only been a couple of days but my eyes feel much better already. I use this eye mask in conjunction with an eye roller & dry eye drops.
