These work great. We purchased these since we have many people operating in a tight space, and they perform well. Cancels out a lot of the noise but not 100%, and that's ok for us in case we need to get their attention. I tried going a different route for my Yealink phones which didn't work but this did.

Using these in a busy office. The ANC headphones dampen the conversations and voices in a busy office and the ANC mic focus on just my voice so who I'm calling or conferencing with only hears me. These are perfect!

So, I have found these to be perfect for WFH. I have gone through so many high-end headsets, and I finally came across these, so glad I purchased them. They are so comfortable, and they sound great. They work right out of the box, no need to mess with drivers, or downloads, just plug in the dongle and good to go. They are lightweight, and fit great over my ears. I have no issues with them at all, and I definitely suggest them to anyone who works from home and wears headsets all day.

This is a very valid alternative to the Jabra Evolve 85... The case it comes with is not up to the care this level of headphones deserve, but ther are USD14 hard cases that will do the job.

The headphone should be have a noise cancelling microphone while the microphone is very sensitive to wind. If you want to use it in office with some fans around I dont recommend it. But if it is a quite office then the sound is great.

I work in a busy call center providing tech support, and Zoom is our main platform for handling calls. I love how well this headset integrates with Zoom. It allows me to adjust the volume with controls on the headset along with mute or unmute, answer or end calls by pulling the mic in or out. The noise cancellation is excellent, and it comes with various ear cover sizes for added comfort. I wear glasses all day, and these headsets don't cause any discomfort to my ears or head. You can use it with or without a dongle, and the connectivity range is impressive. The sound and mic quality are crystal clear. Well worth the money spent, these headsets and look aesthetically pleasing! I highly recommend it!Update 11/11/2024:While the headset itself worked fine for some time, the dongle that came with it has stopped functioning. Without the dongle, I can no longer access the functionalities I had with Zoom, which is incredibly frustrating. Given the age of this headset, I’ve difficulty reaching support to either get a replacement dongle or figure out why it stopped working. On top of that, using the Bluetooth function has been problematic—no matter what settings I apply, I sound like a robot on calls, which makes communication nearly impossible. Overall, I am very disappointed with this product, especially after dealing with these issues.

The BH76 Pro on-ear headset is built to impress. The unit feels sturdy, the leather is soft, the earcups don't crush your head on long days of Teams calls and meetings, and I genuinely enjoy them as an IT professional.My only "gripe" (if you can call it that), is Yealink USB Connect, the software driver needed to ensure the device is up-to-date and working with your machine. I feel like the software doesn't pick the headset up on half of my startups, so being able to control specific settings can be tedious.Noise cancellation is fantastic. I have a talkative Siberian Husky at home, and when he starts chatting, you can't hear him even from a few feet away. The retractable boom mic is a great touch, though, though it can feel a little "cheap" when you interact with it. Pulling the mic out to speak can sometimes feel like it's going to snap off.I would recommend the BH76 over say, the Voyager 8200s from Poly or the Jabra equivalent.

I work at a call center and love this headset. I can hear myself talk a little which is really nice. The caller comes in super loud and clear, and it blocks out the outside noise really well. Highly recommend. Great for the price too.
