Excellent steamer. I was sent the UK version so seems that problem's fixed in the UK. Fast start-up, easy fill, effective modes. Would recommend

Very good steamer. Powerful and easy to use, but the only problem is water tank. So quickly empty.

WARNING TO UK BUYERS
WARNING FOR UK BUYERS: Despite being sold on Amazon UK for the UK, the device is fitted with a US plug and is fixed at US voltage (125V according to the ID plate) so CAN NOT be used in the UK. Tried to return it but Amazon expect me to post it to a USA address at my own expense... Be warned!

Great high quality steamer iron
Great high quality steamer iron. Strong steam and very comfortable. Easy to handle. I have another one but this is certainly much better and works great on heavier material. I am very happy with it.
