The website requires you to obtain a support number, if you wish to return the watch. However, you cannot obtain a support number online. That can only be got by phoning them - and if you try that, all you get is a recorded message. Additionally, they warn that if you try returning the product without first contacting them (impossible, as they do not reply to phone calls), the return will be invalid. Sharp practice?
