This was a filter I have been needing for years because my shower water is filled with chemicals which caused my skin to break out with itchy rashes. My hair was falling out in clumps! I did a lot of research and decided to buy this “weAQUA NO BS Heavy Duty Shower Filter with 99% REMOVAL. This Filter head was made for hard water, which I have, and is supposed to remove the Chlorine, Fluoride, Heavy Metals, Lead, Iron and other chemicals in my shower water.It must be working because after taking a few showers and washing my hair with this filter I can really see and feel the difference in my scalp and skin. I no longer have itchy bumps and my hair is shinier and healthier than ever.It is extremely easy to install. Took all of 15 minutes. There are no leaks so far and the water pressure was even better than what I had before installing this filter! Since I loved how this filter worked I decided to also buy a filtered handheld shower head so I now have double filtration. I highly recommend this filter.

This tiny filter delivers the promise.My shower water is much much purer, softer and refreshing. My hair and skin feel WAY better!At first I thought it was only hype but after just one shower I felt the difference. My eyes, nose, skin and hair CAN tell.Would definitely recommend this product!

I live in an area with some of the hardest water in the country, at 22 TDS! The water is also very chlorinated (it smells like a pool and you can feel the slight viscosity of chlorine when you drink it - I am not a fan! This shower filter did a significantly better job at removing both the chlorine and helping with the hard water in my shower. HOWEVER that said, it doesn't fully make the hard water "unsticky" like it claims but perhaps that's just due to how terrible my water is in this city. It's a much cheaper brand than others on the market and this seems to be the only one that can "unstick" the hardening minerals. I knocked a star because I wanted to contact their customer service to figure out if I installed the filter incorrectly (given there's no "direction of flow" indicator on there or in the instructions) and want to make sure I use it right, but I was unable to find contact info for them. Since it's such a cheap filter, if I have to replace it more than every 6mo that they claim, that's fine with me. I just want my skin and hair to not feel like I'd be better off bathing in the ocean!

Love the fact that it had a very simple installation sheet that was big enough to read. They took the time to make it user friendly. Plus the package was equipped with all that you need to install it.

I like the design and cartridge replacement process. I accidentally over tightened the center part that holds the filter and it made it leak in the center seam. So, I unscrewed it and found there is a soft rubber seal or gasket in there that was scrunched up from me over tightening it. Once I pulled that out and gently pushed it all the way around so it was nice and flat, it fixed the leaking issue. They give you a couple more, which is great! I couldn't imagine trying to search for that size on my own! Mine worked perfectly with my basement shower as shown, I threw two different shower head pieces together to make this setup. So, if it fits this scenario, you're probably good to go! LOLMy goal was to stop absorbing chlorine when I shower or even shower my dog. I'm curious if my dog itches less, because I'm not pooring chlorine all over them. It's amazing how fast our skin can absorb chlorine, I'm done with it and I'm anxious to see how it helps! For this price, just grab one and put it somewhere, where it works. If you like the results, then think about saving for a whole house or under the sink filter next! That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!👍
