Great Vitamin D supplement - suitable for vegetarians
Happy with this Vitamin D supplement - nothing negative in my opinion. I opted for these as they are suitable for vegetarians which is what I wanted and were good value compared to other products. I started taking Vit D supplements following the recommendation of my GP as I was having generalised joint pain/discomfort. I had never heard of Vit D being good for joints but apparently so and obviously with them now being recommended as preventive against Covid-19 I guess all the more reason to take them. This higher strength was what I was recommended. I only take them when I remember - maybe every other day so I don't know that I have noticed a difference in my joints but the GP said we should all be taking Vit D supplements generally and especially in the Winter months due to lack of sun exposure, etc. and many people generally being deficient. They are nice and small and easy to swallow so a thumbs up all round.

GREAT BRAND - good price and the proper strain (D3) of vitamin D
as a fellow Jamaican wanted to support this brand and I am glad I have so far! easy to swallow tablets and a great price. This supplement is the D3 vitamin, beware of very cheap vitamin D products as they commonly use D2 which is not as good for the body as D3.

I don't have a problem with product but I have a problem with delivery as it was left main entrance I stay in a complex and parcel should not have been left there not happy about carriers

These vitamin d tablets are very gentle on your stomach and cause no digestive issues. Suitable for gluten free sugar free and vegan diets.They are very small and easy to swallow.
