Lovely smooth product. Mixed it with some powdered sugar and saffron to make an Indian sweet called Shrikhand. This product reduced the preparation time as I did not have to strain yoghurt overnight. I have bought the product again

I get the same type of consistency of curd when I add milk powder to my home made curd. I basically paid Rs. 100 for milk powder curd
