Flirting For Dummies

I decided to purchase this book, in particular because I find that my flirting is, on average, taken to be disrespectful or rude. Personally, I don't understand why a female would take offense to my flirtation approaches, so I figured a book like this would be able to assist me in my approach. I was interested in learning a way to transform my supposed immature flirting into an acceptable format.Well, personally, I feel this book can be interesting, but some sections make no sense. For example, the "five second stare" is the perfect way to make yourself look like a weirdo! I appreciate and understand that eye contact in related to flirtation, but gimme a break. The author is trying to embarrass anyone who is ignorant enough to actually pull off that five second stare.Besides that ridiculious five second stare, the book is pretty interesting nonetheless. I can't say whether or not its gonna help me find a date in and of itself (in as much as the book is concerned), but its a nice read nonetheless.

The book seems to be written from a U.K. standpoint if I'm interpreting it correctly. (Sorry if I missed some thing in the description and I'm captain obvious.) It was OK, and did make me consciously think about what I was doing and all, and think things through. Though I'm not sure any one bit of info I found in there was some thing I didn't know. Or where it was, that it was some thing applicable to the American Culture.

I bought this book in the hope of honing my skills in this topic. I am pleased to say, this book is full of practical tips, backed with scientific data/findings (e.g. about how different sexes statistically tend to respond to different situations), which I found helpful and interesting!

I browsed through it really quickly before I wrapped it & gave it to my sister in law for Christmas & some of the content that I saw was actually true. It'd be a good read & hopefully can give my sister in law a confidence boost!

an adorable book, turned my whole social interactions and flirtings into a new very very good direction. takes all the seduction courses out and replaces them with a very humane and authentic approach. makes the right assumptions and gives the right responses. really touched me

Just bought for the present for my co-worker who is also a friend of mine. We had a good laughing time with this, and I just overlooked the table of contents, which seems to be fine. (I admit, this is not a serious review.)

Excellent advice for anyone just starting or hasn't been in the game for awhile.

Nice book, However I wish that it could have broken down the methods in a simpler manner.

I am half way through the book, but it is pretty standard stuff without much depth so far. I started getting bored of the book now I read it only every here and aagin to get to the end (if ever). Perhaps OK for much younger people with less life experience ( I am 57yrs)

I thought this was a great read if you need to brush up on your relationship skills this is the book for you. Not only that the points It makes can also be used to help you boost your self esteem and turn the tables to make the ladies chase you :-)

Mainly basics but good laugh with friends

I like the reasonable approach of first reading the signs and the importance of body language. Good reflection on that. But on the other hand I found the book not very specific

This book drags on. It’s good though but it doesn’t have to have so my pages to get to the point.
