It was delivered August 12 and by September 20 started getting hot and then refused to charge. Totally disappointing. Expected to last longer. Unable to find warranty on site. Said to contact seller. Unable to find contact info on order.

Works great, however gets warm once it’s been charging for a little while.

Was so happy that this power pack actually worked wirelessly without me having to take off my phone case. But if it hadn't, there is a USBC cord included I can use as well. Also if you are an android user like me it comes with a magnet strip to make it magnetic . There is even a kickstand you can use as well. The power pack is very thin and lightweight, and I love the purple color. If that isn't your thing, it comes in other colors as well. My phone was down to 10% and I was able to get it to a full charge in a little over an hour with the power pack. To recharge it took less than that. This makes a great back up charger.

I received this product at the end of March 2024 obviously and at the end of May only two months later the product stopped working. When I connect it to charge it, it will not hold a charge, and it will not turn on anymore. I left it to charge for eight hours and it had not charged at all. The first light was still blinking, so I just spent over $40 to use a product for two months, so I suggest don’t waste your money. Buy a better product. The problem is there is no way for me to receive any type of resolution to this problem because when you click on product warranty on the page battery is sold on you get another message that says contact the seller for product warranty information and there’s no way to contact the seller I was even on the phone with Amazon support and they were going through the steps to try to figure out how to contact the seller and there is no way to even contact the seller about this so they sell you a bad product and then you can’t even contact them to let them know what happened to it.I emailed a warranty place that was given to me by Amazon- I have gotten no response.The integrity of this seller is non-existent. There is no way to contact the company if you have any issues- keep that in mind before you purchase anything from them. I am out almost $50 for product. I could only use two months.

Love how slim the design is and how it’s easy to use.

As an electrical engineer, I LOVE the see-through cover (although most of the traces on the printed circuit board are just for show and don't appear to have any purpose, but still, it looks cool!). I also like that, without a phone case, it perfectly lines up with the edges of my iPhone 13, it's lightweight, and connects like an official apple wireless charger (with the circle showing its percentage of charge on the lock screen when connected).On the negative side, it gets really hot, and I know a lot of them heat up. Anything does when there's power transfer going on, but this one does more-so than my other ones. The biggest drawback, though, is that because it gets so hot, you lose a lot energy as it is dissipated as heat energy, meaning I never feel like I get as much charge from this 5000 mAH battery as others I've had that are the same size.In general, I still like it for how cool it looks, and I'll use it to give me a low-profile (in the pocket) boost. However, when it comes to reliable battery packs on a journey away from outlets, I'll look elsewhere.

Works great . Charge phone and charger at same time . Was having trouble with my charging port on phone Bought another type wireless charger. Worked ok., slow . Bought this one and my phone iS ALWAYS charged ! Now I don’t have to repair or buy a new phone because the charging port is bad !

Update: Seller reached out to me to fix the issue! I was given a full refund.Loved this charger at first but then I noticed the battery wouldn't hold a charge, I also saw some warping where the magnetic back is. I have always kept it in a safe cool place and then this happened. I'm sad that I did like the product but it went bad.
