I use these pickles for making an appetizer which is much appreciated. So glad I was able to get them online as they were locally unobtainable in my area (Oregon). The pickles are mild and I wrap them in cream cheese and ham a cut to make "wagon wheels". Planning a Mardi Gras fundraiser and these fitted the theme.People tend to shudder when I mention Okra but everyone likes these when they have tried them.
