Fantastic customer service
This product is great. 7 months after the 2 year warranty expired however , it snapped and broke. Customer services were great and gave us 80% off the mk3 version , so we hit a brand new upgrade for £40 which was quite generous given the warranty issue. Great customer service i think you’ll agree .

Well worth the cost
It looks great, is very easy to use and makes lovely sparkling water. The only downside is that you can’t buy a spare bottle yet.

Awesome, sturdy, stylish and works perfectly!
This think is awesome, it just arrived, its well made, sturdy, looks stylish and modern, no leaks, super easy to use. Well worth the extra money compared to the plastic soda stream versions I've used. I ordered it from Selfridges as it was cheaper there and came with next day delivery, but I thought I'd put my review here as I always come to amazon to read reviews.
