A great security system for the price. The picture in the daytime is awesome and the nighttime picture is really good but I do wish it would pick up people clearer but I can't complain too bad. Shipping was fast and well packaged for safety. App was easy and fast to install and easy to follow directions.

Customer service nonexistent. Have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone to assist me with the App. Automated phone...called it...it answered said please wait, it hung up. Ease of camera setup was great.

I’m very happy with this camera system so far! The picture quality is excellent—clear during the day and surprisingly good at night. Setup was a breeze since the cameras were already paired with the NVR, so I didn’t have to deal with complicated network configurations. Installation was straightforward. The cameras feel sturdy and well-built, and the WiFi signal range is strong enough to cover my entire property. I also like that it comes with a 3TB hard drive pre-installed, which means plenty of storage without extra cost. Overall, it’s a great plug-and-play solution for home security. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free setup with reliable performance.

Purchase a system February 19, 2025. Worked great up till now and one camera now has stopped working. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to call yesterday. Got through to someone with such terrible English. You could not understand them. I did get out of them that you should try another power source. So I had to climb a ladder and take a power source off one of my other cameras and try it. As you can see in the attached video what it does. All that it does now the light flickers all the time and you cannot get it to connect back to my Wi-Fi network. With tax I paid over $400 for the system and it start screwing up at six months old. I could buy a new camera but it cost 50 bucks on Amazon. Today I’ve been calling them on over and over the phone rings and rings and rings nobody answers and then it cut you off.

This system had easy set up. It was amazing how all the cameras grabbed right into the system, and the following of the cameras with the objects that are outside has been excellent compared to the older system which we would have to maneuver the system because of it having a odd track follow you was really nice. We were able to get ICU to help us with all of the questions we had very helpful. they always call back.

Awesome cameras. Easy installation. Clear pictures, clear sound on the 2 way mic. Great value for the price. Night vision works great.

So far, right out of the box, there were only 7 of the 8 cameras (missing on PTZ camera) and only 6 plug in cords for the 7 cameras I did get and NO plug in cord for the DVR!!! Cannot even set it up to see if everything works, soooo sad.

Installed the camera's and am very satisfied. The installation and setup instructions were easy to understand and follow. I did have one small issue but contacting customer support was easy by email and I received a very prompt and helpful reply and solution. Very happy with the system and will be recommending it to others

Arrived pretty quick and well packed. The quality of the product appears to be quite good with nice camera construction which appears solid. Cables and hard drive also appears to be if good quality.

Las instalé cuatro meses después de recibirlas (por un problema familiar). A la tercera semana, a una cámara se le quemó la tarjeta y ya no sirvió. Espero que no falle otra cámara pues apenas tienen un mes de instaladas. El proveedor ha respondido de manera excelente: repuso rápidamente el equipo que falló. Es excelente que un proveedor responda de manera responsable cuando su producto falla, de modo que los califico con 5 estrellas.

La aplicación del celular con una conexión muy pero muy lenta, aún y con buena señal de internet, les falta mejorar la app del mobile, intenté en Android y Apple y en ambas muy lenta más en la Andorid
