This is a nice-looking and substantial footrest that has lots of adjustability. (Note that only the angle is adjustable, not the overall height of the product.) My big gripe is that after hardly a week of intermittent use, the rubber strips glued to the bottom (which make it anti-slip and also protect your hardwood floors from the metal frame), are not staying attached the the unit. The glue used to adhere them to the frame does not hold if you exert the slightest pressure into the footrest. (How can you avoid that?) I will try using a stronger glue to keep the rubber strips firmly attached.

Excellent! I purchased three different plastic ones over the last 8 months and had to throw them all out because they broke. This all wood and all metal is perfect! It's comfortable and it seems like it's built to last. So glad I bought it.

Looks nice and solid with good height adjustment. The floppy rubber strip doesn’t hold it steady. But the seller is so nice to have offered a refund. I won't ask for the refund but will just get a new rubber strip to put under it, and it will be just right.

I think the quality is good and I liked that I didn’t need to assemble it. But for my heights is doesn’t work, I need a higher base. I cannot comfortable put my feet on it, my feet are too short.

This footrest is what I've been looking for! It's sturdy, made of materials that won't break, unlike the usual footrests made of plastic! Plus, it is attractive & the ease of adjusting the height is great!The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there was glue on the back metal floor support that came from the process of gluing the rubber floor protection strips to the sides of the metal frame. It took several applications of GOO-GONE to remove it.
