I use this unit for my saltwater reef tank. A year later and I’ve done nothing but added a second DI canister. I added the second one so that I can refill them with cation and anion resins separately, since they don’t exhaust at the same time. A little better than the mixed bed, imo.Great unit. No complaints. Fits well under my bathroom sink!

Make sure you flush first. At first ph was neutral coming out from RO membrane and high nitrates (from my tap) then after DI zero nitrate but ph 9. This then settled down. TDS is not zero but around 24 which is fine form me. There is double waste water to water produced.

Just set it up pretty easy to do comes together just pop in one membrane. Wondering if I turn off valve where clean water is coming off will the drain water stop? Just don't like wasting water. Also is there a use for the drain water I am using this for aquariums so let me know.

I purchased this unit for my aquarium. I use it about once a week to create water for my ATOI installed a T in the copper pipe and mounted this to it.Super easy if you have plumbing skills. if not, I think this could be very complicatedOnce installed, it has worked great. I can do about 30 gallons in eight hours.

Way easier to install than i thought. I was worried about leaking, no leaks at all after 150g of product.

Produces about half the waste water as my previous rodi. Happy with the output and water quality
