Can this be used to clean the infotainment screens in one's car?

You can but it may leave a streak, use Windex antibacterial spray you won’t be sorry!

I thought it comes with a sprayer? Mine did not come with it.

Hyper Cleanse doesn't have any protection in it's formula so you may want to follow up with a high quality protectant like Manett's Mega Shine or Aero Cosmetics Leather Conditioner
