Heard about this from watching Kristen Pope. This stuff is great! i got the mango flavor.Taste is 4/5Mixability is 5/5Value is 5/5I use this as pre/intra workout or any time i need energy throughout the day, as i don't drink coffee. Very easy to drink. Won't give most folks an insane amount of energy, but that's not what this is for. There is much stronger stuff out there if that's what you like.

Ok so I would give the blue raspberry 5 stars and the peach mango like 3. The energy you get from these is great and the flavor of the blue raspberry is fantastic. I however did not like the flavor of the peach mango at all.

I absolutely love this product. It’s simple and has just enough caffeine for me. I love that I don’t get crazy buzzing or any outrageous jitters like I do with some other pre-workouts. It has 150 mg of caffeine per scoop which is a great amount for me. I just don’t like getting too crazy-amped. The fruit punch flavor is great, and I can’t wait to try the other two. I do add a scoop of plain creatine when I take this.

got the peach mango and it barely has any flavor. even with 1-1/2 scoop to 8oz or water. energy was there tho

I think that this product is awesome. Enough caff in order to get through my workout and I am able to sleep at night. I dont drink any caffeine except for this and only take it 4 times a week and nothing on my off days. Just so people who drink energy drinks like water dont bash it saying they didnt feel anything. Taste is a little gross but I dont care.

I like this for when I'm not looking for a pump. If I'm mountain biking or hiking or any other activities. Just caffeine and BCAAs. Sometimes I just drink this instead of coffee
