Great value. Works within minutes.
I want to give it a 4 star review because I wish they were larger for more contact area in case they come loose however I am going with a 5 star as I feel like most people would prefer the smaller size for their privacy. Within 20 minutes I didn’t need an alternative. They stick well even without cleaning I recommend holding them down for 20-30 seconds. Not 10. Already I am making progress. And they were very cheap. I had no side effects or skin issues. I got the entire pack as I didn’t know what size to use which was convenient because you can tear the larger ones in half to be the middle size.

Works great
These are the best over the counter nicotine patches I've ever bought. And I was worried about them giving out cheap they were. I guess to explain in the past I bought over the counter ones and they had a hard time sticking and it's really bad and then I actually got a prescription for some and those are great they'd stick on even through a shower and hardly itch but my insurance won't pay for them anymore so I bought these and they're definitely the closest to doctor prescribed as I've ever tried. Way better than the expensive $30 ones.

Nicotine patches are amazing for a few other situations.
I know this is going to sound very strange to some readers but heres my nicotine patch story.. How I healed my Arthritic Trigger Finger . I discovered the meaning of Trigger Finger when I looked up finger splints on Amazon. I had asked a physiotherapist friend what I could do when you go to bed and wake up with a locked finger that is bent and is painful to straighten out. All he could suggest was a splint which I tried but it didn’t create any solution being equally uncomfortable. But let’s tell the whole story. Forty two years ago in the outback of Australia I had a small mineral exploration company. A contract required me to drill at a mine site in Kalgoorlie right in the middle of a massive processing plant. The job was to drill through the night and do many shallow holes through hard rock with a hammer drill, so they could put in a cement foundation for a rock crusher. Even though I had wool lined leather gloves my hands were so numb from the cold that when I clipped the edge of the rig while loading a hundred pound drill rod I didn’t realize I had broken my finger till I went to grab a hot drink and sandwich around three in the morning. When I took my glove off . The middle finger pointed in a strange direction and I adjusted it to being straight, slipped my glove back on and went back to work. Visiting the hospital the next day the X-rays indicated I had set it correctly and they put a splint on it for the next few weeks. 30 years later I was at a trade show setting up the booth and one of my helpers didn’t lock the legs on one of the tables when they set it up. I was standing on it hanging items as high as possible and it collapsed under me. Landing awkwardly I broke several metacarpals in my hand as well as two fingers that pointed in unusual directions again. I set them both and had to keep working . The hand stayed swollen for a couple of weeks and when I got back to San Diego I finally had time to get X-rays and got a cast etc. So having snapped the middle finger twice, the area was prone to arthritis in my later years. Three months ago I woke up and the said finger was contracted into a curve . I massaged it back into a normal position and it would click into position. Every morning for three months it did this slowly getting more resistant to the correct position as the weeks went by. The physiotherapist had absolutely no suggestion on how to fix it. Most folks ridicule and deeply distrust the few individuals who claim Nicotine patches have helped with dementia, Parkinson’s, rheumatism , brain fog etc. So this story has great value. I often play up to three hours of pickleball. I tell folks I have labrador DNA. Because if you put a ball In front of me, I can play very happily for hours. The challenge is that afterwards my hips start to seize up and get a bit painful. Hence I started putting nicotine patches on them and low and behold this issue seems to have gone away. At least for now. This got me to thinking, I should try it on my middle finger. To my amazement for the first time in three months after placing a 21 microgram nicotine patch on my wrist the following morning the middle finger had no trigger shape.!! Wow I was excited.. The next day I put it on the top of the hand next to the finger and to my surprise the patch did not fall off. And I could feel the inflammation coming down. It’s been four nights now and I am really happy about this. I am not saying the calcium buildup is disappearing but definitely the inflammation has subsided and there is no discomfort with the digit any more. Fasting and electrically charged ionized water could well have had the same result. I have a (PEMF) Vibe also that I am sure is working from https://resona.health But I am sure it was the nicotine patches that did the trick. I have met quite a few folks who have had bad arthritis in their hands who have suffered terribly with no solutions. Obviously I cannot say this will work for everyone and I will add that I have been using the patches every other day for five weeks. And they have fixed other issues. I want to add that one must remember that the medical profession iS profit based and if they discover a solution that hurts their income stream they will tend to bury it.. Hence nicotine patches are not researched There is a brilliant retired Chiropractor call Doctor Bryan Artis that I have to DEEPLY thank for waking me up to the therapeutic uses for nicotine patches. Now having written this it is not saying i have fixed the trigger finger issue. But so far it is not occuring. However i am sure the calcium buildup is still there but the inflammation seems to have gone for the time being...

Not a bad little patch
So far so good. I vape and wanna stop. The patches don’t help 100% but they definitely help with the cravings. Every time I try to stop cold turkey, I go right back due to the cravings, the instant insane bad moods, shoving food in my face. I can go a good 5or 6 hours without thinking about vaping and if I keep busy, even longer. My skin does not get irritated and I have sensitive skin and adhesive usually breaks me out. They could be a tad bit more stickier. Some times I have to put hospital tape on top of the patch depending on where I place the patch. I would say they are pretty effective and durable. I will purchase again.

Cheap effective nicotine delivery system.
These patches are just as effective as the ones sold by Nicorette & other companies at a lower price. If your keep your fingernails trimmed short you may expereience slight difficulty peeling patch from the plastic (I keep mine short & had minor trouble with that) but still doable, and as I type this (2026) they cost $20 for THIRTY patches! Nicorette equal costs over $40 for only 14 patches. Equates cost $27 (again, for only 14 patches of 14mg). I have Prime, so always free shipping. If you don't have Prime, get it or pay freight and still save a fortune!! Functionally same as name brands (for me, that's effectiveness at curbing urges, no effect on sleep or energy level, but every body is different, so ymmv. Fixed income people like me save $ over rising cigarette prices. I still smoke 6 or 7 a day, but save thousands of dollars a year over when I smoked 3-4 cartons per month.

You get what you pay for..
These are not easy to work with, especially for someone who might be older or has a difficult time seeing paper-thin wafers that are not marked as to which side to peel, and they can also get in the way of cutting the packet open. Why? They are extremely thin and difficult to even feel inside the wrapper. What's more, I'm not a smoker, but I use the patches for the numerous health benefits associated with nicotine. The patches my local drug store sell are 100 times easier to use. My suggestion would be go back to the drawing boards.
