I bought this to use for hot chocolate, it's a great replacement for some of the more expensive high street offerings. The white chocolate is GAUWJUS! As soon as you taste it you can't help but sink into your chair and relax. It has a low melting point so can be used in some cheaper hot chocolate machines that don't heat up the milk as much as some others but it still needs to be warm to hot in temperature. It also can be used to decorate cakes and cookies etc but I haven't tried that yet, I will definitely be buying more

Love using these for adding to Rasberry (or blueberry) and white chocolate muffins. Nice even shapes in the baking rather than chopping chocolate bars up and losing half in the bits left in the wrapper or on the table and having uneven bits that stick up out of the mixture and burn in the oven. Also nice to decorate ice cream desserts.I shared the larger bag I purchased in a set of 3 x 1 kg bags with my grandchildren - left at the front door when delivering shopping to them - who have enjoyed lock-down baking and brought this bag for myself. Great to have in the cupboard if you want a taste of chocolate but not too much. I mix them with raisins/sultanas and nuts for a snack occasionally. Good store cupboard standby for quick baking when those un-expected guests announce their imminent arrival... Enjoy.

I like this chocolate, it's very tasty but for me I genuinely don't know a huge difference between this and other much cheaper white chocolate when used in a ganache or melted. I think that it is much easier to work with in that it is easy to make a ganache and feels more difficult to wind up with a split situation but saying that, I don't think the flavour is anything much over and above what I can purchase at a supermarket for half price. I will use this for special occasion cakes and baking but I think on a general level I will continue to use supermarket chocolate for your average day today baking. one thing It would be nice nice if this came in a resealable bag as it is quite a large bag and you would be unlikely to use it all at once.
