I recently bought the Russell Hobbs Food Collection Electric Carving Knife, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The stainless steel blades are sharp and cut through meat, bread, and vegetables with ease, giving smooth and clean results.The 120W motor provides plenty of power, and the knife is comfortable to hold thanks to its ergonomic handle. Bought this to carve a turkey crown and ham joint.It was a budget price compared to others.It’s my first electric knife so can’t compare to others. Given the price it did the job. It cut through both Turkey and ham with ease. I could smell the motors going on the first use but haven’t since. It’s easy to set up and use.Given the price it’s good value. It would be great if it came in a store away box or bag as I only really plan on using for occasional carving.

Purchased to replace a much older version. It's a classic design and I have never had any trouble in the past and expect this to work just as well. So far so good. Will recommend

Spot on good quality and price.

This model with the handle is very comfortable to hold and use unlike my previous one. It cuts cleanly even very thin slices. A must have for any kitchen. A bit noisy but that's the nature of the beast.

I bought this after my old Cookworks electric knife stopped working. I mainly use it for cutting through raw meat for my dogs. This knife is wonderful, lighter in weight than my previous one and it sliced through a joint of raw beef, like a hot knife through butter. It’s easy to use straight from the box. Love it.

Very disappointed with this electric knife. Used on Christmas Day and tried to cut all the different cooked meats but it does not cut it properly. The electric knife is very poor quality and does not work correctly. I tried removing blades and re inserting but still not working correctly.I have had an electric knife for many years so know how it should perform.Returned for a refund.Cannot fault Amazon as it is not down to them and their service is excellent but very poor quality and not what is expected from a Russell Hobbs product
