A wonderful find for my friend whose ancestors are from Corsica and who lives to cook. Beautiful pictures, interesting stories, unusual recipes.

Beautiful and informative. I have not started cooking, but have learned lot about Corsica.

...It was not in good condition. Looks like it suffered a lot during transport. The edges of the hard cover were all peeled.

I bought this book as a gift for foodie friends who were in Corsica on holiday. Having spent time there myself I can see these recipes are truly authentic and use some wonderful local ingredients. They also combine ingredients you don't usually see together but which make a great marriage on the palate. I'm inspired to try version of them myself replacing some of the herbs that are difficult to find here with others I forage for.Am going to buy another of these books for myself!

Nice book, well written, more charcuterie recipes would have been nice but that’s just my taste
