They responded like a first class, reputable organization. Highly recommended !!
I bought this DC House 51.2 v 100AH battery for the features the package provides, including the metal case, included charger, wired monitor, the Bluetooth app interface, and the battery power on/off button.I intend to use this battery as a power source to augment my Delta 2 power station capacity. The battery arrived about 50% charged. I used the charger to top the capacity. With the wired monitor, I observed the individual cell charge levels and they were within .003 volts from each other. It seemed the BMS does a good job of balancing the individual charge levels,... very important!I tried using the battery to charge my EcoFlow Delta 2 power station thru the solar charge port. It worked great, charging the Delta 2 at the max 500 watt rate allowed by the power station.I want to give an objective, honest review of this battery set and DC House as a company. I had read the reviews and saw the promo videos by the company. I believe that they are somehow related to Eco Worthy.I'm somehow satisfied with how this system is currently working, EXCEPT for the battery's Bluetooth-app interface.I downloaded the DC House app and tried to pair and connect to the battery. It FAILED miserably !!I got an error message stating the battery's Bluetooth rejected the app pairing connection.I emailed DC House customer service and requested resolution of my issue. After several back and forth emails, DC House advised that the battery's internal Bluetooth module was defective and that the only way of resolving it was to either send it back for replacement,...OR, I keep the battery as is and they would refund me $150.00 for the inconvenience.I decided to keep the battery and avail of the refund. With all the above said I want to compliment DC House Customer Service, particularly Dante. He was always courteous in his responses even when I perhaps was irritated in my correspondence.DC House responses were prompt and I felt they really wanted to satisfy me and resolve any issues promptly.Even with the Bluetooth issue, I decided this review is worth 5 stars. If I needed another one, I'll purchase again from this company.

Great run time
Great battery so far. It is very large so I had to remove the golf cart body. Very easy to hook up all your wires. It was also easy to secure with a little creativity. This was in an 02 club car. Don’t forget to bypass the obc. I don’t know how far we have driven this but the battery has lasted over a 2weeks of moderate use. Old cart batteries on lasted maybe 2days.

My recent Lithium conversion .... not as bad I thought it would be
So far so good. Did a replacement of 7 year old lead acid batteries, that were spent. I got this on a special deal and could not be happier. I like the idea of a steel metal case with handles on it that make it easy to move.My Club Car Precedent required a bunch of modifications to get it to fit but that's the case with almost all these newer singe battery designs. I guess there's no going back now. The battery tray will never be the same.I wish that these battery providers would design and sell traditional charging ports that directly bolt onto the existing proprietary charging ports that come standard on the Big Three. Allied does it , didn't know that until after the fact. It's a real pain in the a$$ to modify the existing charging port to make it semi flat . I actually cut down and installed two pieces of metal on both sides of the battery tub to make a truly secure charging port to last for years. It looks nice and is very secure. Again a $20 adapter from the manufacturers bundles would be nice add on and save owners a bunch of time. All in all so far, I am very impressed. I've put maybe 50 miles on it and the increased speed up hills is impressive. The idea of having the charger inside the golf cart is new. I worry a little about charging the cart with the seat down. It can get somewhat hot. We need a hood prop like I had on my old Ford Pinto so I can dissipate the heat ...lol.The LCD screen is hard to see in the daylight. Their newer LCD screens looks a little nicer on Amazon. I wish I had that screen. The battery comes with a 3 year warranty. That's pretty standard, I guess for such a new industry. The ones that tout a 10 year warranty better have deep pockets if their batteries fail.Oh well if the battery craps the bed in 3 years , so be it. I will buy a more tried and true brand then. It would be a drop and replace job at that point, the hard work is done.

This battery is the worst! Save your money.
Installed it and it worked great for 3 weeks. Last week I had no power with 48% charge remaining. I recharged it and now it again has no power with 64% charge remaining. Getting hold of someone at Dc house to help is frustrating. I spent 1200 dollars on a piece of junk. Of course Amazon is no help either because I'm past the return date by 5 days.

Well worth the money to get rid of lead acid batteries.
Put this in my golf cart. Last longer between charges than the lead acid batteries. No more water to mess with. No more acid to deal with. Cart is not any faster than it was but goes further on a charge. Took a couple of hours to install. Had to modify the battery tray to hold this battery. I bought the optional plug for 110v , so I just plug the extension card into the cart since the charger is mounted onboard now. Very nice setup. good value for the money. Less weight than lead acid.

Lithium battery for golf cart
Haven’t got to use it yet but it looks like a very good quality product. Can’t wait to install it in my golf cart ..I’ll update review after I get to try it out. Also the company was very prompt in sending out order. Comes with everything you need to convert your golf cart from wet acid batteries to Lithium .After having this batttery for a little over a month I give it a 10 out of 10.. My golf cart has never had the get up and go like it does now. This is a quality product, I will recommend it to anyone considering switching their golf cart over.

It worked for me it'll work for you.
Man I installed that battery with no problems. Thanks DC House, now I don't have to worry about being towed in by another golf cart again. For the price I'm happy as can be, I just hope it last for 8 years...
