What are you waiting for?
41 year old Mom. I decided to skateboard again after 3 decades because my 9 year old is really enjoying his board and I thought it would be nice for us to ride together. Even though I showed him a few tricks on his Yocaher he was still scared I'd hurt myself so he asked me to go the "safe route" and get a long board. Poor lad is still learning. This board is sick. It's solid and ready to ride as soon as you take it out of the box.The trucks and wheels didn't need to be messed with, they were perfect. The wood selection for the board is great. The grip tape is...well it's grip tape...on a long board...not doing tricks, but it works to keep your feet planted. Super smooth and fast. Nothing bad to say at all and definitely worth the price.

GREAT BOARD — BUT YOU’RE NOT DONE PAYING FOR IT YET!
I’m learning how to ride a longboard as a middle-age right of passage. Actually, I don’t want to keep my bike in my car as a skateboard is much more compact, but I digress...This is a great beginner board and it’s totally on you to take it to the next level, it needs some tweaks!First, put some Mach 1 78’s on this thing to increase your speed and clearance. SPEED IS SAFETY, the faster your board THE EASIER IT STAYS UNDER YOUR FEET. With new wheels come new bearings, spend the $20 for a set of Bones bearings.I just doubled the cost of your board. Adjust accordingly.Next, you’ll need to turn. It still won’t carve 100% until you adjust the trucks and bushings, some cone bushings $5-$10 will help, but if that’s not enough you may need some trucks with more carve in them. I just loosened the nut on mine as much as I can safely go and I still can’t pull a u-turn on a standard neighborhood street, you’ll want to look up an upgrade that will help you lean into the turns. This is very important as there’s no kick on this thing and it’ll take a while before you’re comfortable with a slide. Before any of that happens, you gotta carve the turns.I’m using mine to commute a couple miles through a midtown neighborhood with gentle hills and light traffic. I’ve been riding for two months and I’m still watching YT videos and dialing it in.In time, this will be one of the best and most versatile boards on the market, but it needs to be tuned for what your needs are and your current skill level!Hope that helps!

Such a great purchase!
I bought the natural longboard for myself and the purple longboard for my son. We wanted to get out and enjoy the beautiful summer weather and wanted to spend time with one another so we bought a pair of these boards. I'm a pretty hefty guy, about 6 feet, and was worried if this would support my weight. I did a bunch of research before I purchased and kept coming back to this board. Everything I read said this was a great board for someone my size. After using it for the past few months I definitely agree! Such a fun board and it fits me well!

Perfect For a First timer even w other board experience
I have been skateboarding from 12 to 17 and then I gave that up for snowboarding and this season will be the 25th season. I bought this longboard because I wanted to get into it after seeing the kids around town flying around on these incredibly cool boards. Even for someone as experienced as I am on board, I believe this was a perfect purchase because I didn't spend $200 or more without knowing that I really want to see this through. I gave four stars because of the obvious the bearings and bushings that are super low quality ( your basically just paying for the wood anyway) . However for a mere $15 you can upgrade to name brand bushings and Bones Reds bearings which is what I just did today. Holy crap, speed wise its a night and day difference . I want to get into bigger Hills and maybe start sliding but at my age I am perfectly fine I'm just carving up the streets for now. Before you go buying a brand name board which is what I normally do. I am one of those people who will spend the extra $100 for the name because I believe you get what you pay for. But in some cases like this it make sense to go mid level before dropping twice the $$. I'm going to keep this one until I run into the ground because the board construction is very solid and I love the shape. The trucks are okay too and will do the job and until they break. I'm not going to complain. Again I recommend buying bones Reds bearings and a medium skateboard bushings when you buy this setup now. IF you wait your only impeding on learning because they really are such a big difference. You will not be disappointed in fact you'll be totally stoked. IN every other review it says that you will want to replace the bearings and bushings and bones are the most inexpensive while being an all around industry standard. Good luck with whatever choice you make and ride on.

Good starter board, get better bearings!
This is a good starter board for anyone who's never skateboarded before, and wants to longboard. The bearings that come with it are CRAP, so make sure you order better ones like Bones Red bearings. I installed these and they worked great! The board I received had one rusted axle though. Took some SERIOUS grip and strength to get the nut and wheel off. The board was way too large to have to deal with shipping it back, so if you have rust on it, wet the axle and put some baking soda on it, let it sit for a few hours, then use a wire brush or metal scouring pad. Did the trick for me!

Great board, but Used Quality
I am a freshman in college now and I wanted something to get to class with. I could have gotten a bike, but I wanted to learn something new as well. I learned the basics on my friends board and then purchased this one. The board itself was in an OK condition upon acquisition. I'm not sure why, but it had a few scuff marks on the grip tape; could have been from shipping? The bearings on it were absolutely terrible, but I had bought some Yellow Jacket Stripes to put on. While putting on the bearings, I found mine was missing a speed ring as well. I'm very pleased with the quality and performance of the board, but it was sold almost as if it was renewed, which is not specified in the title of the product. Anyway, it's very easy to learn to use, and supports 230 lbs with no problems. Just get bearings for it.

and better bearings, but aside from that I'm absolutely thrilled ...
It could use replacement bushings(probably something softer), and better bearings, but aside from that I'm absolutely thrilled with this board! The deck is much higher quality than I had expected, and the wheels are much nicer than the ones shown in the preview image. It can't quite keep up with my other board in terms of carving and sharper turns, but it's a lot more stable and for the price I'm really impressed. I ended up gifting it to my girlfriend as a starter board and she's been out with me regularly ever since with minimal issues. Definitely recommending this purchase! Just count on picking up some new bearings and bushings in the first couple months, and you'll be golden!

Great board
Took about a week of rides to fully break in, but it's a great starter / intermediate board! The wheel bearings are pretty good so you do roll for a decent distance before needing to push again, great at maintaining your current speed as well. I've had it for about 8 months now and don't have any complaints, so this board definitely met my expectations.

Overall, a great board.
So this isn't my first long board, but it is my first drop down. So far I'm loving this board. Its incredibly smooth to ride, especially compared to my crappy last board. The wheels so far have been holding up pretty well, the only complaint I really have is that the bearings aren't the greatest but its nothing huge. Otherwise this is overall a pretty decent board. I would definitely recommend this board.
