Absolutely in love with this machine! SUPER easy to set up and use. You immediately feel the pressure in your thighs the moment you begin using it. I was sweating like if the sun was pissed off shining inside my room! 😮‍💨 It definitely gives you a nice workout. I would really recommend it. Worth the price and lightweight but not to the point where you feel you might fall. Unless you suffer from vertigo then I don’t recommend this machine. Only because it’s a bit high but it also depends on your height. My arms can literally touch the ceiling when I’m on it. I’m 5’6. If you’re a petite person don’t worry the handle bar can be adjusted to your height which is a HUGE plus for me. So far 9/10 only because it’s freshly new and I’m hoping there’s no damages with further use. Not noisy at all and the functionality is super smooth and at the same time sturdy. The steps where you lay your foot can also be adjusted to three levels. So the differences are as if you’re climbing stairs to suddenly hills depending on the adjustment you prefer. Definitely a calorie burner. Also really easy to fold and put away anywhere. It will fit pretty much any spot and won’t be on the way.

The media could not be loaded. Product was neatly packed and took about 8 minutes for me to put together alone. The instructions are a little confusing at first but overall easy to follow. I'm finding the collapsible option beneficial as I'm storing it under my couch. Takes about 1 minute to unfold it or fold it up, and is not very heavy or awkward to move around.As other reviews mention, there is no resistance in the pedals so the cardio workout comes mainly from gravity and increasing speed. Haven't tried yet, but could get a better workout with some hand held weights. I felt sturdy and balanced when using it.For the price, I think this is a great option for small spaces and getting some extra leg exercise / light cardio in while watching TV. Recommend

It's alittle smaller than it looks on the website and The rubber bands that are shown on the ad are way thicker than what is really in the item, which is slightly thinner than a pencil so I wonder how long they will hold up to frequent use. The assembly is extremely easy, just adding the handle bars and the step plates, how ever the opening to one handle bar was warped, during factory production and still went out like that. It wasn't warped through the shopping because it's actually packed very well with Styrofoam. It was also missing the plastic ring that would hold the handle snug in place. I decided not to make an issue and have the hassle to return it, so I will figure out some type of material to replace the missing ring. For the price I paid, the quality is expected.As for the actual use, we'll, as mentioned by many others, there's no tension at all but using an excersise band around your legs really does increase resistance and actually made for a pretty good workout. I will use it for its intended purpose and hope that it lasts at least long enough to get some benifits physically. If you want just a nice basic addition to a light workout routine, this will suit your needs, but if you're looking for a more enduring and stable machine, pass on this one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:More of a workout than my stationary bike and/or my rower. It was easy to assemble. However, folding it bent the screws so I have to leave it open now. It is noisy but I'm not skinny either. Sturdy and great value.

Ok so here’s a real review. I bought this because I was having a hard time making it to the gym, and I have a tiny apartment. It is very easy to put together. You cannot adjust resistance, you basically have to change the resistance yourself by how you work out on it. It can be a good workout if you get into a good rhythm, have good posture, and switch your tempo and include arm movements. You have to really do a lot yourself to feel a workout from it. It definitely does not give your thighs the workout a regular stair master does. Over all, it’s OK to get a little sweat in when you can’t make it to the gym.

The media could not be loaded. I was not expecting this to give me the kind of burn it did. It’s compact enough to fit in my bedroom corner but still gives a full-body workout. The resistance is smooth, and I love that I can watch TV while using it. The handlebars are sturdy, and it doesn’t wobble like cheaper ones I’ve tried. Setup took me about 20 minutes and I’ve been using it daily for quick cardio.

Easy to put together. Very compact when storing. Easy to pull out and use when wanted.

Love this machine! It's a great deal for the price and it works great! I have used it for about a month now and have noticed a change in my stamina and strength! My only complaints are that you can't adjust the resistance and that it is a little bit and tough to store. But the way it folds up definitely helps.
