This is either a scam or a really poor service. The SIM doesn't work, no credit is added, and they don't respond to you. O2 have confirmed that there is no issue their end, so this is an issue with the seller's product or service

Easy to use but beware bad o2 coverage
This has to be activated before use and is easy enough to use, but the o2 coverage in my area is simply awful and so patchy and I was hugely disappointed at this, so please google first what the o2 coverage is like in your area before buying this.
