All natural but in a capsule. Let me tell you. If you need something to help keep you regular. Metamucil is tried and true. But black seed oil also lubes as it cleans which is a lot effective when keeping things that are no good out of our gastrointestinal tract.

these are huge soft gels
I always ask before ordering because I have a hard time swallowing....just got these and I am so disappointed. I wish mfg would just be honest.....these soft gels are huge and I am sure not returnable.I open the capsule and add the liquid into smoothie.
