30th birthday tableware kit for 16 people and party decorations. The kit includes 130 items: 16 paper dinner plates (9 in), 16 paper dessert plates (7in), 16 paper cups, 16 paper drinking straws, 16 sets of wooden cutlery (spoon, fork and knife), 16 paper napkins (6.5 in when folded), 16 colorful party whistles, 16 party hats, one plastic tablecloth, one paper Happy Birthday banner. Party hats and Happy Birthday banner come unassembled, two white ribbons are included (10 feet long). PLEASE NOTE: only the cups have a number "30" printed on them, other items refer to a birthday theme in a generic way.

assembly required, but fabulous package
My mother and father in law had difficulty putting together these decorations. I was not there at the time to witness the issues but I heard no end of moaning after the fact. I believe they are competent enough to put together some decoration but maybe younger hands should assemble these. Maybe they got into the alcohol early, maybe they forgot about it. I guess dont wait until last minute to put these up.They looked/worked great!

I think it’s realky cute. Im giving 4 stars because the hats are really small. My 3 year old could barley fit it. Not bad for 20 bucks. I think your should add balloons. 2 gold 2 blacks
