Excellent. Perfect quality. Works great with my printer . Great value. Ink last a long time.. even better thank the original HP ink. Will buy again

Quick and easy support
I installed the cartridges but they did not print properly. I tried cleaning the heads several times, but no change. I finally called their support number. She suggested one thing, but no change so she processed an order for replacement cartridges and they should be here tomorrow. I am very thankful and pleased with the support.

Worked in my 10+yo HP printer
The cartridges were a little tight to fit in my printer, but once I got them in, they printed everything perfectly (even though my printer chided me for not using HP cartridges).

I have recently installed Smart Ink on my HP6830 the message "non genuine HP ink cartridges detected" pops up which is expected and obvious however what i did not expect is when i tried to print colored documents colors were off ex: red comes out more like dark-ish pink , blue comes out a very light purple hence why i would not recommend this item !
