It’s white, it’s powdery, it tastes like vinegar. I use a teaspoon on air fryer fries with some salt and it provides a delicious salt and vinegar flavor that I can customize to my liking.

Pros: large size helps ensure we don’t run out; tastes similar enough to the TJ original, nobody would know the difference; the garlic and onions are perfectly toasted and reason enough alone to just buy this, already. *chef’s kiss*Con: either I have no idea how to operate a shaker, or the holes in the shaker lid/size of the ingredients, but I have a TERRIBLE time getting a little bit of everything in each shake. It might be because the jar is so freaking full (…so yet another “pro”) I can’t properly jumble the components in a couple shakes, and therefore end up with an over abundance of sesame and poppy seeds (which unlike some of the other reviewers have found to be more than plentiful— seriously, they aren’t skimping on ANYTHING here), and too little salt/garlic/onions. But it’s easy enough to open it and pour some out to mix properly. Small complaint.So small, in fact, I still give this 5 stars.

Wow, if you love salt and vinegar, this is it . Be careful, it really comes out fast . If you sprinkle too much it can seem overwhelming.

I’ve used this a few times now and it’s delicious on wings, potatoes and of course French fries. Even though I do like it, I had to use quite a bit.I will buy it again.

Consistency is powdery - Not at all like salt or any other seasoning. Don’t breathe near it as it will have it in your throat & nose. I LOVE Salt & Vinegar chips, nuts etc. bought this to sprinkle in Skinny Pop Popcorn which you have to eat with a spoon as it is very sticky. Was so excited to receive but very disappointed. Barely any flavor at all. ☹️

While you definitely get the feel of a strong vinegar (don't inhale while chewing), the flavor isn't strong enough for me. You have to use A LOT of powder to get a good vinegar taste. I have a high tolerance for the taste of vinegar, but wish the flavor was as pungent as the fumes.

Season treat love the vinegar taste.
