I started reading this book one night, and really I just couldn't put it down! I just love learning new ideas and points of view on anything about God and Prayer, and any way to improve my knowledge on how to get closer and improve my relationship/communication with him. This book definitely has done that and more. Bless this Author. I would definitely recommend this book and any others from this Author. If you are not into reading ebooks I recommend purchasing it off of Amazon. I will admit that I got it for a much cheaper price on kindle, and just so you know the kindle app is free, and you can connect it on all your devices to take along with you by just using the same log in for it. Sometimes Kindle is way cheaper on things and sometimes not. I prefer whatever I can get on kindle so I don't have to physically store so many books. I am a big reader.

When I sit down and pray especially in the morning, I need a guide to help me set the direction I will take. The direction I start off with in the morning, I find, is usually the direction I started out with in the morning. Except, of course, when Satan thinks he can throw you off track by having the toilet back up while your wife is telling you you need to clean the dryer because one of your ink pens got into the dryer and ruined her clothes.That might happen before you start to pray. You just have to say, "Satan isn't going to decide whether I'm going to have a good day or a bad day," then go back to your day. Not that that ever happened to me. If it did thought I'd sure want promises of God with scriptures integrated in them to restart the day.Donald Standeford

I liked this book because it says a huge amount in small verses, promises of God that remind us that we are not alone in this time of chaos in today's social riffs. Our church is at odds and my favorite pastor is under fire. I brought this little book to remind him that pastor isn't alone, encourage him and fire him up... It works and we will not pray the same again. Book arrived in great condition, on time, thank you Amazon for working into the night to be on time. Employees work incredibly hard!

I enjoyed this book of promises. It was easy to understand and will be easy to apply, listen to and meditate on. We know that God's word is living and sharper than any two edged sword. It always accomplishes what it's set out to do. The only downside for me was the different translations used. I'm use to the KJV. I don't have a problem with some of the different translations, I do use some of the other translations for a broader understanding. Just call me spoiled :) I recommend this book.

I like the words of what's needed for each one of us. Use and try these promises of GOD! We All have our days , to our days of Life!Be Encouraged and keep trust in GOD!

I started taking notes and when I got to the end of the book I had copied the whole book and made notes. I am starting a study plan at church,by Stephen and Alex Kendrick. The Battle Plan for Prayer. You book has been a wonderful help to me to understand. We are also doing a study from The War Room. I was so happy to have your notes to start me off on my journey learning about right the devil. This is such a positive and powerful book that Satan will begin to regret attacking you!

Years ago I bought powerful worship in the war room but never got to the end. I'm at a place in my life now when I just needed to be healed and restored. I picked up this book and it this just that. I simply prayer the promises found them in the Bible in different versions and the Holy Spirit took over and has started the healing process. May God bless you extravagantly Dr Lancaster.

This book is simple to read and is set out in sections so you can find a specific scripture for specific need.I plan to use these as the basis for my prayer journaling as I can pray on these promises.The audio and free pdf are amzing bonuses.Thank you for this wonderful resource.
