Good for the old liver.
Always hard to review any herbal supplements like milk thistle because they won’t make you rise from your death bed and win marathons. They work on a more subliminal level and you have no ‘control’ subject to see whether you’d be worse without them.They seem ok though, crunch up in the mouth nicely (yes I crunch up all my tablets) and taste bitter and a bit chalky like milk thistle tablets do. Good for the price. The size, although not massive, and grainy texture would be a problem for me as I can’t swallow anything that isn’t coated or in a capsule.All in all see, reasonable quality and value.

One year supply. Tiny tablet but potential for good results.
Small one a day tablets and a years supply in one resealable pouch. I have been taking milk thistle of one type or another regularly over the past year and recent blood tests showed my liver function to be much improved. I have also made other changes but it seems worth a go on that basis. Will see how I get on with this brand but don’t forsee any issues. All looks legit.

This product whilst meant to be beneficial to liver contains magnesium stearate which has been found to be damaging to the liver.
