Scooter came with a fully charged battery so my husband could get started right away. Very light-weight but sturdy. We took it for a test spin on a trip and it made a real difference in his stamina. Unfolds and folds very easily. Would recommend this scooter for its features and value. Very reasonable price for the quality and the customer service was top-notch when we had an issue with the delivery.

The media could not be loaded. After using this mobility scooter for almost a month now, I can say that I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The scooter is comfortable, easy to fold and unfold, and easy to drive. The scooter can also go smoothly on grass, dirt, rocky, and snowy surfaces. It is also very convenient and easy to bring on trips by airplane and cruise ship. I would highly recommend this scooter for anyone looking to bring on trips or just for daily use.

Sorry about the delay in my review but here in mid-Florida we’ve been either getting ready for or cleaning up after two hurricanes. Finally, some sun & no wind. I received my scooter in great condition and managed to unpack it due to the good videos on Amazon. First, I opened the User Manual only to find it not very useful. Would only give it 2 stars. The scooter is well made and the folding operation is simple. One note is it is useful to be sure the steering tiller is fully forward and press it even a bit further when folding (not in User Manual). I found the armrests OK but the installation of the screws to adjust the angle was not covered in the User Manual.Since the battery was not installed (simple), I charged it using the power connector on the battery itself. There is also one on the steering tiller to charge when battery is installed. The charger gave me two green lights indicating fully charged so I installed it into scooter. Turned On the key and got some confusing lights (see photo): two red lights on left, three orange lights in middle and three green lights on right. Not covered in the User Manual so e-mailed Customer Service but no reply over weekend. Tried charging battery again but still got two green lights. OK, had a nice reply from Customer Service on Monday morning that explained the power light situation. Seems that this represents a fully charged scooter and, as power is consumed, the lights go out from right to left. When the green lights are out, the orange lights represent a caution that power is going down. When the orange lights are out and only the red lights remain on, it's probably time to start walking. Thanks Customer Service; guess I panic a bit when red lights are displayed. Someone asked about the battery location so I've added a couple photos. The battery is a light rectangle with a strap for removal. I found it useful to pull lightly on the strap for installation as it retracts a couple snap locks.I’m a pretty big guy (6 ft & 205 lbs.) so find the scooter a bit short at first but fine after a short ride. I enter/exit scooter better without the armrests installed. Power is good and climbs my drive incline without any problem. Did seem a bit unstable when on full speed and any sharp movement of steering tiller. Overall, I give the scooter four stars, mostly due to such a poor User Manual. I do recommend it for us who need a lightweight scooter for transport and use.

There is nothing I dislike. I have rented and used scooters for over a year and been looking at this one for a few months. This scooter arrived almost in one piece easy to put together. people told me it was not all terrain. Let me tell you I tried it on grass gravel dirt and concrete and it never hesitated. Did almost turn over but to be honest I had it at top speed and intentionally did a quick turn but it righted itself quickly. Only a teenager in the 60’s would understand why I had to try. lol Only issue I have is now that everyone has see. it and tried it they want to borrow it but this gold beauty is going with me to the casino this week lol.

I’ve used a mobility scooter for nearly 20 years because I have several impairments that prevent me from standing or walking for very long. I purchased this one especially for a trip to Europe. I needed something easy to transport on a flight, plus easy for Uber drivers to fit in their vehicle. This fit the bill perfectly! It was dependable, sturdy and powerful; I navigated European cobblestones, gravel paths, dirt paths, grass, and inclines with ease. Everyone that saw it was impressed on how nice it was. The fully charged battery lasted for an entire day of touring each day. Even with my limitations, I was able to get the folding and unfolding started so that my driver or hotel doorman could finish it. I’m 5’10” with long legs, but I was comfortable resting my feet on top of the front fenders as shown in the first picture. The seat appears thin, but it is surprisingly comfortable and durable for multiple hours of use. This is an excellent purchase!

The media could not be loaded. This is the most light weight convenient mobility scooter I have ever seen and we have been looking for some time. My husband has no problem folding and unfolding this, it's so simple.He can toss it into the back of our SUV with no problem. It has made our traveling so much easier. And it's even airplane compliant! It's a win, win for us.

The media could not be loaded. I just had surgery on my leg so I can't walk very far so I bought the Snxyda Mobility Scooter for Adults.It's a BIG deal to be able to play with my grandbabies! AND I can go other places without depending on someone pushing me!Their customer service is top notch! Very friendly and understanding.At first I didn’t know how to use the scooter after I received it. Snxyda’s customer service team also sent me a tutorial video on how to use it and told me how to fold it. It's made such a positive difference in my life, I don't feel and not left out of so much I've missed these last few years. I recommend this to anyone with low to no mobility! The only problem I've had is: I wasn't paying as close of attention as I should've been and almost mauled my teenage nephew down...lol.
