I bought this guy specifically because he doesn't look like other reapers. He's actually now the 4th Horseman "Death" in my Halloween haunt now and he was a really big hit. His lights are nice and bright but not too bright. His voice is clear and the volume can be controlled easily. He has great sayings and his movements match up awesome. I left a star off for sturdiness. This wasn't a big deal to me as I probably have four grand worth of animatronics that I work with every year so I know what to expect. This guy just needed a little extra staking which I ended up using rebar that I put in the ground for his horse and just zip tied one of his poles to that. Haunted Hill farm hasn't always come through for me so this was a gamble but they hit it out of the park with this guy and I love him.

The media could not be loaded.  This was my second attempt since the first one I bought one of the part was broken. I returned the item and reorder another one.First thing I did was to check every single parts to make sure none of them was broken then I decided to just connect all the wires to see if it was working.I just fell in love with this puppy wolf.It arrived on time and the box wasn’t damaged. It was actually packed really well.Can’t wait for Halloween now.

The media could not be loaded.  I read the reviews AFTER i ordered my Butler. Yes his eyes are LED BRIGHT and the voice box is loud butDuring a Halloween party that volume will be perfect. I tweaked my Butler and I put a piece of tape over the box to muffle the sound until party time and i added a dot of acrylic craft paint over the bulb and I LOVE the effect!!! I would love to have the rest of the set!!! But my Best Buddies Budget for Different ability and disabled kids (Down syndrome friends group) does not allow for it! This year!! I Cant wait to surprise the kids with their host!!!

I ordered this Rotting Reaper in September to set out for trick-or-treat night as a scary centerpiece. I ordered a bunch of different products from Haunted Hill Farms and all were exactly, and in some cases MORE, than what I expected them to be. However, I had received this specific piece with a few of the pieces missing. No big deal, in fact, it was mainly my fault for not putting it together until 5 days before trick-or-treat night to realize. I had explained to them that our trick-or-treat night was in just a few days and that it's ok if I don't get the parts before then. I'm not even kidding, the VERY NEXT DAY they were on my doorstep and it was resolved. Haunted Hill coming in clutch to save the day! Just due to the amazing customer service I had on their end, this product is worth 5 stars to me! The item itself is great and very sturdy! Thank you HHF for all your help!

First did not work. I ordered one for a questionable Halloween this year. It did not light up or move as advertised and I tried all I knew how. Also not as easy to set up as thought and the legs do stick together so disassembly can also be tricky without breaking anything. I called the vendor customer service directly as instructed by a flyer contained in the box and said do not return to Amazon. Customer Service was fantastic! They shipped out a new one and I did not need to return the dysfunctional one. Unfortunately it did not arrive in time for Halloween so I never took it out of the box. I will wait until next year to see if the replacement works as it should so I hope. I gave a better rating for the vendor and customer service than the product itself but the new one may work just fine. :)

I love this werewolf! Great for Halloween. I had a problem with the product upon delivery. One of the pieces was broke. I contacted Fraser hill via email. I explained the problem and sent them pictures. They opened a case and replaced the broken piece. Great customer service. Would buy other products from this company.

I got him to put treats in his dish but it is too small and cheap. Decent display piece for price but not a candy deliverer

Pretty flimsy but it is great anyway! We’re thinking he’ll be around all year, not just Halloween! The four stars instead of 5 is because it arrived without the rod that goes into the stand to keep him standing. I reported it to the seller and they responded very quickly to send the missing part. Unfortunately they sent the stand (which we already had) and not the rod. I made my own stand with a 4 ft dowel instead.Revised: I revised to 5 stars because we did receive the missing rod! Good customer service!
