You can use them as functional or as decoration.
I keep getting asked where I got these at and I have ordered some for friends.

Break Very Easily
The magnets are not strong enough for anything but thin fabrics, and the chains broke on the first use.

magnetic shirt clips
these actually work pretty good. magnet is strong, stays in place. They will fall off if you do a lot of movement, but they do hold well.

Sort of okay, sort of disappointing…
Out of the package they seemed like they would do the job BUT in actual use they were disappointing. I don’t think the little chain is so cute but I could live with it if it did the job. Unfortunately the magnets are not nearly as strong as implied by the video where they show it working through a finger. My first use was on two layers, a lightweight t-shirt and a thin polypropylene undershirt. It seemed as if it would work and I went out for the day but I didn’t notice until I got home that somewhere along the line I lost it. I was out all day, just walking around, no boisterous activity to blame. Anyhow, I like the concept but don’t like the misrepresentation of the magnet strength and I’m not wild about the look, though I do prefer it to tucking my short into my waistband. It’s sort of weird, and apparently does not add to functionality, that one chain is shorter than the other. Looks as if it is supposed to be an aesthetic design choice. I don’t prefer the look. I’m wondering if that’s why I lost it? Perhaps the longer loose chain snagged on something? What I would like to see is a version with a shorter chain and stronger magnets. Or perhaps something made with synthetic leather, like the “leather” cording used on necklaces? The “leather” cord would actually be a far superior look IMO.I really want to like these but can’t say I do.
