At first I was kind of scared to purchase because I thought it was going to be a waste of money , BUT it is definitely money value , it forms perfectly, very comfortable, very luxury feeling, the support is great, and once you let it air out the shape retention is definitely true to size , not too thick but thick enough for support

These pillows arrived in a small box and I ordered 4 of them. I was surprised because they had been Air tight packaged, and when I opened the package, they blow up beautifully. I have an airbnb, so this is a beautiful product to have in a closet, until your guests arrive. They are not firm or over stuffed but they are great pillows for guests in AirBNB. They have a nice trim. I also buy pillow covers. If you do open them and allow your guests to open them when they arrive they will know they are new pillows as they watch pillows self inflate.
