Work fine
I am happy with this purchasing using this product. I do not see flickering like I saw previous products. Work fine. And don't need to download any software, just plug and play. It is very convenient.

It works! Easily supplemented my my old video card so my PC can support 3 monitors.
Amazingly easy to install! Good image quality. Just connect to your USB3 port and you can add 2 extra monitors to your system. The HDMI output is great. The VGA and Digital output mirror each other so that limits you to 2 extended monitors.Monitor 1 -- connected to to this unit's HDMI outputMonitor 2 -- connected to this unit's Digital output.Monitor 3 -- connected to my PC's VGA output. One note: Monitor 3 was a bit flickery after installation and I played with the driver and refresh rate to no avail. What fixed it was that I ran my PC's unused digital output to this monitor while keeping the VGA one connected too. This monitor's digital input was not working but this fixed the flicker issue. I suspect somehow this second connection blocked any noise that was degrading the signal. Could be just a bad monitor.
