I've been drinking energy drinks since I was a little kid, and the first one was obviously Red Bull back in the 1990s. I can tell you though, I've always had issues with skin breakouts when drinking energy drinks, and gitteryness that gets my heart going to a wild speed that I don't think is very healthy.I love Guru, and the reason why is because they have half the amount of sugar, and it's not refined sugar, it's cane sugar! The Original Flavor is my favorite, and I get this almost every month (if not sometimes twice a month in large quantities). I wish I could work for Guru, because they're a fantastic company and I'd probably have an unlimited amount of Guru Energy Drinks to consume.One of the big factors I've noticed is, I don't have an irregular heart beat with Guru at all. I can drink 3 of them, and I feel alert, yet fine and relaxed at the same time. Yes, it gives you energy, but a GOOD energy and a positive feeling in your mindset. I think cane sugar is far better than consuming refined sugar which is usually in cheap soda in the USA.Guru is best chilled, so leave it in your fridge in ice, or you could sandwich is between to ice cold buckets of ice cream, or whatever contents you have in the freezer. I usually go the freezer route so I can get it chilled quick (5 to 10 minutes time, and it's good to go).I have also noticed that I don't get cavities with Guru Energy Drinks, not sure why but maybe it's just good luck? My skin looks fine after consuming so many of these which to me is highly important, and why I strongly believe that the cheaper refined sugars 50+ grams found in your average Soda Pop will disrupt, and aggravate your skin sebum production in turn you get pimples (which Guru won't do), and this is a FACT I've witnessed over years of drinking Guru.Trust me, Guru is the best Energy Drink, and well worth the investment and money! They ship in a very hefty thick box which can be used for storage if you choose to go that route as well. Well-packaged, lower sugar yet taste amazing, and also won't disrupt your heart beat for the worse, or make you break out which is the case with refined sugars.Thank you for taking your time to review MY review on Amazon. :) Love my Guru!

I originally discovered this drink in whole foods but wanted to buy it in bulk. Glad I was able to get it here. It came perfectly as listed, never any damaged cans. Caffeine level is good but not too much. It's low on calories and low on sugar and tastes the best out of any other yerba mate drinks I've tried.

Love the regular ones especially the yellow can. The sugar free ones made my arms and hands break out. Good flavors and energy but then my arms broke out and since I switched back to the normal ones. No problems.

Best by far!! Way healthier than anything else on the market! No cheimicals and taste really good. I have these on a subscription lol

I like this with less sugar. The flavor taste likeMedicine like drinking cough medicine. Does not taste like açaí berry. I have concentrated açaí frozen in my freezer and this taste like drinking a cough medicine. Does not taste like açaí berry.Would be nice if it includes l-taurine and l-carnitine only has l-theanine. Much better higher caffeine than zero sugar ultra monster energy drink.I had to switch from zero sugar ultra monster energy drink to this one because the monster energy causes stomach bloating.This one has less alcohol sugar which causes less bloating in the stomach!

Berry flavors were good!! the other few were ok but I still drank them, I like how they are sugar-FREE finally! I just hate drinks that have like 30-40g of sugar that's way too much.. Guru understands, will buy again soon thanks!

This item gets a five star it’s all natural organic made from natural tea leaves and fruit extract does no toxic chemicals within, it’s kind of pricey, but it’s tasty and it gives you the job you need on an all natural basis I would recommend

I have been drinking this for 2+years now. It was wonderful. Recently they have gone through some production issues and they are not owning up to it. They claim the variances are due to how natural the products are and for there being differences in sweetness and tartness in juices that they use to make the beverage. And that is absolutely true and it's always been that way sometimes I open it up and it's rather bitter and other times I open it up and it's rather tart but never ever did it taste like there was too much of everything in it. It's as if whatever was mixing it with the carbonation was putting way too much of the concentrates it. Both I and my wife tasted it and it was undrinkable as Amazon to refund them they told me I could keep the product and God's honest truth I threw it in the dumpster I didn't think anybody should drink it for free. I contacted guru to explain all of this and explain that Amazon has been honoring the bad tasting or poor production product and they told me that it was just variances in the natural ingredients as they use. I contacted them back and said okay brush me off I just won't drink it anymore and they didn't bother to respond. For what this stuff costs it's not a great value so it's only good if there's some product consistency. I'm telling you there isn't anymore or just stick to the 12 oz 12 packs instead of the 48 packs because I've had only the bad ones come in the 48 packs.
