In theory this product shouldn't work! I've worked with essential oils peppermint , clove, etc! And while they worked the carpet beetles showed up again in a few days! Vinegar works wonders but you have to use 6% or higher strength vinegar to kill them! But then you have to worry about fumes! Baking sods works very well also but when you sprinkle on carpets it later clogs the interior of the vacuum and you then have to have the vacuum serviced! So looking at the ingredients they use only .05% clove oil which is nothing, glycerin soap and some potassium! This shouldn't work given the low percentage of essential oil but I think the trick is in the glycerin soap, that's the only ingredient that was missing from my mixture of essential oils, so that has to be it! So basically I'm saying this product works wonders and I find I can go weeks without see any carpet beetles! But its a cycle that happens over and over until you find all the eggs and larvae but in the end these cycles have to eventually stop once you spray everything for a couple of months! Then I think once the eggs, larvae and adults are all killed it should be an end to the carpet beetles! So all in all this product is magic with the simplest of ingredients!! No fumes, no spells, safe around pets and the proof is in the pudding, as in not seeing carpet beetles until the next batch of eggs open up, but eventually you will kill everyone of the eggs, larvae and adults!!! Don't forget to shake well every time you use this product or it won't work! PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW WELL IT WORKS!! AND SO RELIEVED I FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS!!! A+++++!!!!¡

Company was super sweet and accommodating! It did not work for carpet beetles but it does work for ants and possibly other insects as well. The smell is a little overbearing but it doesn't last long

This seems to work--I sprayed it on window ledge and in window sliding--on carpet beetles that come in between window panes. I observed dead ones afterwards on the sill. Four stars cause it's a chemical, so beware and take precautions.

Does not kill or get rid of carpet beetles after over 1 week of use.

This item was for my daughter and grandkids as they love to keep their back door opened.

I am editing my original input on this particular product. I have had it for a few days now used it as label. Recommended absolutely did not work. The carpet Beatles love it, and not only that but the container that the liquid is in was broken from the start, I am very, very disappointed and plan on calling them and letting them know It’s not worth one cent… I hate to put this comment for everyone to see, but I have tried and battled for the last three days to know veal.

It worked well for carpet Beatles hasn’t killed any of my pets.

Worked for me with spiders. They were biting me at night while I was sleeping, even woke up once while one was injecting its venom, ugh. They don't bite my husband so don't know why I'm so lucky. I sprayed this all around the baseboards and was so relieved to find it worked..no more painful bites. I re-spray about once a month and it doesn't leave any stains on our baseboards or the carpet. Has a pleasant peppermint smell.
