Bought it july 2023.. Delay in assembly service from REACH.. So assembled by self.. The product was ok in the initial days.. But 6 months into purchase the drive belt of the cycle tore off.. Nil response from the customer care team.. There is no use of the supposedly 1 year warranty provided.. The worse thing is u cannot even buy the spare part yourself.. Pathetic.. Sincere advise is to avoid itUpdate: There is no proper way to contact the customer service.. After texting the goven number on whatsapp we will be promised to receive a call which never comes in the same day.. And when the call comes they will assure that they will send the spare parts and then further follow up regarding the same.. U try to contact them again and the cycle continues..No resolution of issueTrying since 1 month
