Express Orthopaedic®- Medically Approved - Short Semi-Rigid Wrist & Thumb Brace/Support with removable thumb stay

This is quite comfy, but the sizing is out. I have a 16cm wrist so bought the 15-17cm size. It's very big and can not be tightened to fit, meaning quite a bit of movement still in the thumb. I can at the tighteset still get fingers between it and my hand. The velcro is also so long that it sticks to everything else, as there is only one strip to stick it to on the splint. Have only worn it at night as not using my hand then. Would not give enough support/immobilisation during a normal day of use. I think if you could get one that fits then it may be very good. Can not wear your watch as comes down your wrist. Just want to say I contacted Orthotix about the sizing and the customer service was superb. I now have the correct size for my wrist. Superb seller!

Very well made and very good support. I mostly wear it at night because I am dealing with dogs and horses during the day and it would get so dirty, although I do wear it for ironing. Has made a big difference, even just wearing at night, as I have arthritis in my thumb joint. Would have given it 5 stars but I think it comes up a bit big even though I measured my hand and bought the appropriate size. I think if I order again I would get a size smaller.

Comfortable with just the right amount of hold. I use it whilst typing at work and it definitely helps with RSI.

I had been using a thumb splint but was advised by my physiotherapist to use a thumb and wrist splint combined. It has certainly helped and enabled me to carry on with everyday tasks whilst my injuries are healing. My only negative point is that this splint rubs between my thumb and hand and is very close to causing a blister. My original thumb splint didn't do this.

Just right - I said it was a little short in the hand but this was for another product - I got muddled sorry. For a long skinny hand this is great.

Having tried a couple of different wrist supports, this one is without the very best one. It’s lightweight but it does exactly what it should. Would highly recommend this product

Slightly poor on the stitching but good on the strength, does as states in the manual with ease in wear leaving fingers free to almost do anything including gripping of a steering wheel without harming your thumb or wrist area and considering would recommend these items for those with issues with hands wrist or thumb.

This was recommended to me by a hand specialist surgeon and it did a great job of supporting my lower thumb and hand for the 2 months while I was waiting for surgery. I went from being in constant pain to being virtually pain free.
