Good product for fancy homes
The product and the support are good. Even though you can only connect with them over email and there's timezone difference, your issue will be resolved. It may take some time but will get addressed. I had issues with the pull-out feature and got a replacement in 13 days and it works good now.

Water flow from tap
Water flow from the tap is very slow even the pressure is good because the tube Dia is very small. Actually not worth buying it

Bad water pressure
The product quality is good but the connection pipes attached to the tap are so thin so that pressure from tap is so bad... Thats why i have to return this product.
